All the staff in this hotel were fantastic, very professional, caring and treated you as an individual. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are quite compact, but the super comfy beds more than make up for that. Shower was great! Breakfast was fantastic, as were all the staff. The reception staff went above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble. ISMAIL was outstanding he was warm, welcoming and charming. I forgot my phone charger and he charged my phone for me. At the end of the day if you want a hotel with great staff, clean rooms and fantastic breakfasts go to Hilton Gardens Glasgow.

Clean hotel and a good sized room. Breakfast was fast and not crowded (was down for 9.30am) reception staff were very good and helpful. The hotel was clean and tidy and in a good standard of up keep.

The tables in the bar were littered with empty glasses (this was at 6pm) and a blonde lady at the hotel bar was quite rude and basically every time I approached the bar she walked away (maybe didn't like my aftershave) two other ladies at the bar were brilliant and very helpful. We had two drinks and left not least of all as the blonde lady created a very bad atmosphere. Shame as without this we may have stayed longer.

Short walk from Exhibition Station. Check in was easy. Room was clean and well appointed. The heating/aircon was easy to use with good instructions. The shower was simple to use. Kettle, fridge, safe, iron, ironing board etc everything you could need. Bed was really comfortable. We had a river view room which was nice. We didn't have breakfast but we had early evening meal the evening we stayed as we were attending a concert nearby. The dining room was nice looking , limited menu but everything was good and served pretty quickly. Would definitely stay there again.

No toilet brush. No wall hangers for coats.

The garden furniture needed replaced on some parts and the dining table in the restaurant was levelled with a large carrier bad with something inside which was not very attractive. There was one staff member (young tall guy with light brown hair) who was not very pleasant. This guy did not provide good customer service skills to us when my husband sat down and immediately realised the seat was not stable and when he pointed it out the guy did not even make eye contact with us and pulled the chair away saying it’s fine it’s fine placing it at the table next to us instead of removing it. Working in customer service myself for the last 30 years I know it should have been removed and checked to avoid future accidents.

Very Clean well maintained communal areas & toilets, breakfast was fresh, hot and replenished continuously. Rooms were very clean, & had everything you’d need, if not a call or trip to reception, & staff go above and beyond to sort your request. 2 staff members in particular made our stay…. Ismail on reception, never had a welcome like it, so welcoming & friendly, from his ‘hello to goodbye’ nothing was too much trouble for this young Man an asset to the Hilton. Stephen in Restaurant also couldn’t do enough for diners, so friendly and gave us great suggestions on where to go/visit. The hotel is in prime position right on the river, & the Ovo literally a 2 min walk perfect if your going to an event! Walk into town takes around 20 mins & only £6 in an Uber! Perfect stay

Greeted by a lovely woman at reception, friendly and helpful. We managed to get our room early. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is modern and looks good, beautiful views over the river and bridge. Restaurant was great, attentive waiters and nice menu with kids options. Breakfast was great, especially the waffle machine, where you can make your own and add toppings. So near the hydro etc. not far from west end too.

Bathroom could be updated a bit, but the room was great value, so it was fine really.

Great location, easy to get on/off motorway. Walking distance to town. Clean, bright, airy. The staff were fantastic, easy check in and out. The drinks selection was brilliant, and bar staff were great fun! Breakfast was great, again lovely staff and very helpful. I particularly liked the attention to detail with the gluten free station and the abundance of dairy free options. We travelled as a couple this time but would be happy to take our daughters who are allergic to cows milk next time knowing they will be well catered to. We were able to check in early which is a testament to the housekeeping staff who were obviously very efficient! The room was spotlessly clean, great amenities and well laid out.

I'd have liked a thicker duvet, but that's only personal preference because I'm always cold!! Nothing critical to say as we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and will ensure we always book when we visit Glasgow!

Unfortunately we didn't have breakfast; but the dinners on the 7th were excellent. Very tasty dishes. Huge portions. It looked as if the dinners were prepped from scratch & not frozen IQF items. The staff was polite, professional. Room service was speedy. A beautiful river view from the room was a super plus. Within walking distance to the SEC Armadillo & Ovo Hydro venues, which we were attending that evening at the former. Very quiet area. The booking fee was a fair price, compared to prices at the competitive hotels, air bnbs within the area.

The only issue, which is very minor, is that I'm a Cancer survivor (Renal Cancer), having only one kidney, I prefer 0% alcohol beer versus the 0.5% alcohol beer you serve. Technically, it still contains alcohol, which makes a difference to a person that has/had medical issues due to alcohol. 0% supplied/sold at your premises, especially the Hilton Garden Inn, Glasgow, would be greatly appreciated.

Perfect location for attending a concert at the OVO Hydro. Room lovely and clean. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Parking excellent

It might have been good to have berries on the breakfast buffet not just melon. You have to go to the bar to pay for soft drinks and nibbles which are in a separate area. It might be better to have these in a vending machine or pay for them at the reception desk? There was a large queue for the bar after the concert so a bit frustrating to queue if you only need a soft drink.

The room was clean and comfortable and I slept really well. Near to the Hydro as I was going to an event there. Staff were friendly and polite and go out of there way. Easy enough to get to and from places from the hotel.

The rooms drink tray didn't cater for people like myself that only can drink Decaff.I would have liked a coffee before I went down to breakfast. My husband came down to ask if he could order hot chocolate and was told he couldn't order anything. This was at 9pm. Cooked breakfast, the sausages looked a little under cooked.I ended having croissants instead.
