Convenient for T4 and for T 4 park n ride. Staff great food good. Room clean and quite comfortable.

Only real downside was absurdly high cost of standard drinks, wines, beers..

The room was quiet, as I had requested. The sheets were very comfortable . . . cotton and NOT scratchy (indicating higher quality). Breakfast was nourishing and had healthy hot choices, unlike many "included" breakfasts that are not worth eating. And, unlike in many hotels, I was able to set the thermostat in my room and to change the setting from heat to a/c . . . which means that the room was cool enough for me to be able to sleep. thank you Crowne Plaza for not limiting my heating and cooling choices.

This hotel was ideally located in Terminal 4 with just a short walk of less than 5 minutes from the lifts that brought you from the rail line. It was all undercover and well sign posted so very easy access. The room was spacious , clean and comfortable and we were very pleased with the quality of the Crown Plaza. In the morning, we caught the free access train retracing our steps back to the rail line to catch our train to Terminal 3 which again was easy and straight forward.

We thought the restaurant had nice food but a bit pricey and be aware a 12 percent service charge is placed on your bill too.

The hotel is great, the bed was comfortable, everything was clean

You'd think that being located at Heathrow would mean a great experience and less time needed to catch your flight.... you'd be wrong. Whilst this hotel is in terminal 4, our flight was 07.30 from terminal 5 which means taking the underground in one direction then changing to the train to take you back to T5, in the early morning that means a lot of waiting. Despite leaving our room at 0530, we had to run for our flight. The previous night there was an issue on the Piccadilly line which meant changing to the Elizabeth line that is not integrated with the underground system. In my view you're better off staying in Hounslow - maybe at the travelodge, especially if your flight out is from T5, that's what I'll be doing next time.

The covered walkway from Terminal 4 at London Heathrow (LHR) to Crowne Plaza London Heathrow T4, an IHG Hotel, is useful when arriving late at the airport, however with baggage it's obviously more than the advertised 5 minutes. The breakfast buffet is excellent and leaves nothing to be desired; the staff in this area is really very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Although the booking confirmation from Booking.com mentions a hairdryer, there is none in the room. Unfortunately, the bathroom can't really be heated, so you ultimately have to leave the bathroom door open. The soap dish on the bathtub lives on thin air to the wall. Inquiries to the Crowne Plaza London Heathrow T4, an IHG Hotel, are a challenge in themselves: Neither the request in advance via the Booking.com portal was answered, nor another one during the stay – unfortunately, this channel only seems to be used for automated requests to customers to actually rate the hotel. The advertised "24-hour reception" didn't answer the phone and there was always a long queue at the reception itself, even vey late in the evening.

Excellent location, wirh a short walk to T4 for my early morning flight. The room was a good size and the facilities clean. Good to have a small fridge to store medication and cold drinks. The bed was comfy and the air conditioning was easy to adjust to just the right temperature. Easy checkout at 4 am with a drop box for the keycards. This was my second stay at this hotel and I will definitely stay here again if travelling from T4.

I was in a room that had a connecting door to another room. The guests in that room talked loudly. I needed to get to sleep quite early, as I had an early morning start, so it was very annoying. Otherwise, there was no noise intruding from outside. The shower head needed a de-scale as the water splashed everywhere and failed to give a good 'rain' shower.

Very smooth check-in, friendly and informative staff. Room was very quiet and comfortable. Meal in the restaurant was very nice and the wait staff were very attentive. The easy access to Terminal 4 for a long journey was absolutely life-saving, not having to worry about getting a taxi to the airport, removes a huge stress point.

My only concern was carrying all of the cases from the hotel to the terminal without a trolley, small issue but my husband has a bad back and it made a tough start to an already long journey. I'm sure if I had of asked we would have had assistance, but I thought there might be trollies near the entrance to the lift.

My adult son and I flew in from travelling from New Zealand so having a nice place to stay at the end of 23 hours flying and also a 6 hour layover was imperative. We flew into Terminal 2 and caught the free train to Terminal 4 then trolleyed our packs up to the entrance of the Crown Plaza. They initially gave us the wrong type of room but then upgraded us to 6045 which we were happy to find in the morning, had a window with a nice view despite it being a wet day. After great showers after we arrived, we ordered room service as we were tired; had spring rolls, garlic bread, hot chocolates and juice, (not feeling like a full meal) then had really good nights sleep in very comfortable beds. We left at 11am or so the next morning without any breakfast at the hotel, and caught the Elizabeth Line to Paddington to connect to a train to Oxford. We stayed again several weeks later and found it just as comfortable.

Beautiful hotel spotlessly clean. Helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent comfy beds, had such a good night's sleep despite being so close to the runway. Couldn't hear a thing outside. Our room even looked over to where the planes were landing, quite an experience watching them coming down one after the other.

We had an issue more than once with the lift to the car park not working. Only two of the lifts access this area, which is fine but unfortunately during our stay we had to call it several times before we could get the lift. Just one of those things - overall we were happy with the amenities at this hotel.

Well located for Terminal 4 and easy access to London via underground. Apart from the bar, there were limited areas to socialise without background music. Bedroom generally quiet, even though we were at the end of the corridor near the lifts. Good breakfast, although they could do better with continental selection.

The staining of the carpet in the room. During stay the hotel was cleaning the corridor carpet, but it was the rooms that needed attention. There seemed to be paint spilled on the carpet. The beds were not that comfortable. We asked for a twin room but were allocated a double - which in fairness was quickly rectified.
