location is great. near good restaurants and shopping. also very close to the station.

I don’t like to stay in the small rooms in the back. The showers are too small and awkward to get into.

I have family that lives in Sloane Square - so this hotel was right by their side, but also super accessible to all areas in central London. You're a short walk away from Kings Road where there's tons of shopping, restaurants and bars. There's also Harrods down the road and a plethora of shopping and parks - but in addition to that, you're right by the tube station and bus stops/taxi stands if needed too! The area is super safe, and the staff were incredibly friendly. We stayed initially at one of their smaller rooms and loved how quaint it was (but very small), our second stay was in a bigger sized room and was also super comfortable. 10/10 would recommend even though on the pricier side - you're basically paying for the cleanliness, luxury and access from the hotel to everywhere.

My only 'complaint' if that was the price tag (I understand London and that area specifically is expensive), but it was a lot more for the size of the initial room we stayed in.

My Husband & I stayed at Sloane Square hotel for 2 nights. It is a beautiful hotel, in a great location of Chelsea. The staff were very helpful, particularly Stuart. The hotel is currently having work done on the ground floor, but the staff still made it a pleasant stay & we were made aware of this 2 days prior. We were offered complimentary drinks & snacks throughout our stay & had no issues getting around the hotel. The reception area was moved upstairs & you couldn’t hear the work being done. Our room was lovely & clean. Comfy bed, smart tv, good aircon & lovely view of Sloane Square. We loved our stay & would stay again! Highly recommend!

Our coffee machine in the room didn’t work, other than that there was nothing we did not like!

Staff were all friendly and helpful. Ideal location for a concert at Cadogan Hall. Cote restaurant next door, and not far from tube station. Good sized room with complementary tea and coffee, a mini bar. Well supplied with toiletries. The room and the hotel facilities clean and welcoming and well maintained.

Room on the cool side and despite upping the thermostat, there was no noticeable improvement. Shower was lukewarm on maximum setting. Coffee machine wired in and awkward to reach. Only little niggles though and they certainly didn’t spoil our stay.

We booked a couple of rooms for our wedding. The staff were incredible and went above and beyond to make us feel pampered and make out stay special. From a room upgrade, to fulfilling all our wishes, to our room filled with rose petals, sweets and congratulatory messages when back from the party, it was absolutely lovely. The room was clean and beautiful, some of the rooms had a great view of Sloane Square.

Since it it a very central hotel in West London, expect for rooms to be slightly smaller than you'd expect for £ and slightly more dated. Overall however a great stay.

This hotel is right on Sloane Square, close to the tube station. English breakfasts were delicious, served in the first floor with views of buses circumnavigating the square. Original paintings of slices of London life throughout the hotel were charming. I enjoyed the decor in the hotel & room. The bed was comfortable, shower was hot, & there was enough storage. I used the laundry/drycleaning service. There were enough mirrors for all purposes. I ate dinner in the restaurant twice. There was a wide choice of dishes. I enjoyed a souffle & pates.

I was sorry I couldn't get a booking in the hotel on my return to London on my last day before flying home!

Excellent location, we were across the street from the underground to get to and from the airport. We were able to walk to all the sites that were on our list including a walk through Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square, Big Ben, St Paul's Cathedral, Kensington Palace and even the Tower Bridge and Tower of London and took the underground back. The room was small but clean and comfortable. It suited the purpose of our trip to see the main attractions in the area.

There did not appear to be any pubs in the area that served food, only restaurants that were quite pricey. The fridge is a cooler only and will not keep items cold.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Bathroom was also clean although the bath was a bit small. The room was quite small but good for what I needed. No natural light as the window looked like it was directly facing a wall which is a shame as my friend who booked the same type of room had a view over Sloane Square. I would not let this deter me from staying at the hotel again I had a great stay

Everything was perfect.reception staff very friendly and helpful. Room 206 had lovely view over sloane square. Very clean. Good coffee machine I room and a kettle when requested. Beds comfortable with lovely linens.extra bonus was elemis goodies I room. Reception rang to see if everything was good. Breakfast on the first floor was very nice indeed with delicious smoked salmon and very nice choice of bread. Staff on duty very jolly and helpful. All in all a lovely stsy6

The staff and team were incredible! They made our stay perfect, they were super welcoming, conversational and kind. I also loved loved loved the location - right on Sloane Square, very easy to travel from (even to Wembley!) and shops, cafes, museums were moments away. I also loved how it isn’t in a main tourist location, because of Chelsea having more locals.

I can’t fault it. The rooms could be a tad bigger but that’s a London thing. I rarely stayed in my room so it definitely didn’t bother me. It was all amazing!
