Great location near the metro and souk. Comfy beds, spacious rooms, excellent choice and quality at breakfast, nice relaxing pool area.

Slow drinks service at breakfast - there needs to be more than one person serving the whole terrace. Cleaning staff were very late at cleaning the room - one day they wanted to clean in the half hour we'd popped back for a shower, despite telling them earlier we would be coming back at that time. We also had to repeatedly ask for towels that hadn't been provided (one bath sheet between 2 of us!) and had a blocked shower drain one day that shows the don't clean there properly. Guests shouldn't have to chase things up in a 4* hotel.

Breakfast is great . A vast selection of continental and traditional breakfast. Location. Located within the souk markets its a great location fie day and night shopping. The markets come alive at night with little alley ways to find hidden gems. Along with plenty to eat dessert tea sheesha etc It's a only a 25 min metro journey to the culture villages and beach area. Or a uber. So location is perfect. Staff were fantastic. I arrived 8 hours before my check in. The staff there took my bag to secure away. They gave me a towel to shower in gym area. Then made me comfortable with a coffee and breakfast. I went for a small work and managed to check into my room 3 hours early. Staff are friendly polite and very understanding. Khalid was very helpful. The guy st front desk on arrival helped immensely. This is my first visit to Qatar and honestly I csnt see myself staying anywhere else when I return

Only one request. There wasn't any butter at breakfast for toast. When I asked staff they didn't seem to know. I wouldn't say it's something I didn't like but maybe an option the hotel could take up.

Spacious nice and clean room with all needed amenities, including sitting area and desk, in a quiet area. The bed and pillows were really incredible - which were a must after a long flight! Good breakfast included with a variety of international/local options. Loved the fresh natural juices. Very friendly, polite and helpful staff. Good location close to the Souq - only 5 min walk. Good wifi included.

Too low temperature in room upon arrival (which later fixed easily) Dusty, forgotten balcony...

The room was spacious, very well maintained and had a great view of the terrace precinct as well as the Spiral Mosque. The restaurant setting was very luxurious and the breakfast fare was extensive and catered to all tastes - a different treat could be had each day! The wait staff at the restaurant and in-house cafe were friendly and proactive and the food was excellent. The Hotel was a short walk to the Souq Waqif that provided great opportunities to explore local culture, especially food and textiles. There were also plenty of places to find an espresso coffee! As a solo female traveller I felt perfectly safe in this city.

The location is the best there is! 2 minutes walking from the Souq. I loved it. The hotelrooms were insanely big, especially the bathroom. Loved the fact they had a Quran and Praying rug in the room. But the most amazing thing was the breakfast. There was so much choice!! From Croissants to Potatoes. They had it all! I want to give my compliments to the breakfast-staff. Especially one guy called Mars (But i think his real name is Mohammed). He was so incredibly helpfull and friendly. He really went out of his way to make our breakfast magic. Thanks Mars!! If you are reading this: You're the best!

I wouldn't say it was bad. But i think the rooms could have been cleant a little better. It was clear they didn't vaccuum the floor. Once we didn't get new toilet paper. I think they work hard, but they need to have more eye for detail.

I've stayed at the Al Najada before, and would do so again. Great location a few minutes walk from the Souq Waqif and other places frequented by Doha visitors. The rooms (in fact, the whole hotel) are beautifully appointed, and the bed linen is divine. Nice touches like a Nespresso machine in the room make this a 'special' visit. It isn't cheap, but you do get a better experience than many hotels I've stayed at in Doha. The gym is reasonably equipped, certainly enough equipment for a holiday/business trip. The pool is small for swimming lengths, but very clean with some loungers at the side if you like that sort of thing. Changing room and showers nearby.

I didn't use the restaurant as I've found the ambience there a bit odd - the room is cavernous and just doesn't feel like a restaurant. When I did use it for a breakfast on previous trips, I found it ok, but not outstanding.

The hotel is superbly located on the edge of the Waqif Souk which one can spend hours in enjoying local flavours, people and sights. It is also across the road from the Metro point from which one can easily access most of the city. Sharif, the concierge was always helpful and ready to assist in making our stay comfortable and generally wonderful. The rooms themselves were decorated with modern Arabic touches and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment we spent in them. Every one in our party commented on how comfortable the beds were and how soundly they slept. Even though we were working, we enjoyed every minute. Thank you

A beautiful and fancy hotel, despite the constructions on the street. Our room was clean and very spacious, I enjoyed the view from our big balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable, believe me I've stayed in quite many hotels, but this bed was one of the best. The Hotel is at the metro station Souq Waqif, which makes a perfect location to explore Doha. The staffs were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, our waitress, I believe his name was Deni was very attentive. There was two menu to choose, arabic or continenal. In my opinion it could be more diversified, because after 3 days I was fed up... always the same bread, jams, juice.. i mean it's good, but you'll get bored after a certain time. The pool was lovely, but since there's a construction on the street it was too loud to relax.

We stayed for 5 days, but not for a single day the housekeeper put new shower gel and shampoo in our bathroom. I had to call the front desk twice to send me new one. Check-in took very long, we waited over 30 minutes even though there was only a couple ahead of us. The day before we've let them know our check-out time, because it was very early in the morning. But we waited quite long for the receptionist to come, nobody was there except a security man, unfortunately our Uber driver didn't wait and we lost the money, which was very annoying.

The location of the hotel was excellent, the souk was brilliant in the evenings with great ambiance. The hotel stay was very comfortable and the staff were very accommodating. We send our special thanks to Mohammed and Abdallah who welcomed us and gave us lots of advice with regards to where to go in Qatar. We had such an enjoyable stay, the lounge area was so spacious with a living room space which was perfect to have our late night Karak. There is also an outdoor seating area which is so beautiful and there are some TV screens outdoors. Thanks again!

On the first two days it was just perfect. Great room, very nice staff, hotel situated close to museums and souks (falcon, gold, souq waqif). Probably the best breakfast, we ever had.

When we came home on the third afternoon, the ac didn't work. The room was quite warm, the temperature outside was 40°C. I went to the reception and told them about the ac. They told me they would fix the problem immediately. Within the next two hours I went to the reception another 4 times, until we finally got a different room. The new room was very moldy, black mold mainly around the ac outlet, but also on each of the 4 walls.
