I booked the room and paid already while booking and I wasn’t aware to deposit money ,its my first time to encounter to deposit and Not sure about the policy to deposit as I can’t find at booking.com in property policy but was informed its available at booking.com

It's a nice hotel in a good location. Very good value for money. The studio had everything we needed for our stay.

You have to pay a 300 Qatari Riyals deposit when you check-in. I paid it with my debit card, but I was not informed that they can only refund the deposit to credit cards, not debit cards. So when I was checking out, they told me that they could not refund the deposit to my debit card, so they had to give me 300 Qatari Riyals in cash, which was very inconvenient because I was leaving Qatar and I did not need Qatari Riyals any more and I would not be able to change Qatari Riyals in my country as Qatari Riyals are not acceptable at any currency exchange stores in my country. I do not understand why the hotel cannot just freeze a 300 Qatari Riyals deposit on your card when you check in and then realise it when you check out.

overall very very nice stay, "playgound" for children, "swimming pool", and "gym", all were very nice. View was breathtaking (36th floor), "staff" very helpfull and nice. we are resident of Doha, and i frequently visited the pool, and friends there since 2008. So i thought it was an old building... but it litterally EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. Family friendly, and bachelor friendly at the same time!

- The major problem i had is that there were no "CONNECTED ROOMS": i slept with 2 kids in a room, my wife with the other kid in another room!! :( and the rooms were not close to each other (43617 and 43625). I couldn't "be alone with my wife" without my kids 3, 6, and 8 years old coming over and banging at our door... -"breakfast" was good and delicious, but didn't change much in 3 days, there were no salmon (continental breakfast), nor was there capucchino. Still, these were minor issues, and i was very very satisfied with the breakfast. - "check in" was confusing... no "valet parking" and i had to double park and ask for my luggage to be picked up. Ididn't know my stay was in tower 4: i went instinctively to tower 1. But all was sorted out eventually, and i was satisfied too

Greatest surprise was the 42 meter swimming pool. Breakfast was outside. Room was great. Service was excellent.

I extended my stay ( hotel suggested doing it online and showing them the booking at reception so I could stay in my room but when I did that they said if I wanted to stay in my room I would have to pay extra above the payment I had already made online because it was a different room type. My present room was available. Had to move to another room which was an inconvenience. Not much difference in the new room so I felt they could have just let me stay in my room iso having to pack up and move seeing that the room was available. So unfortunately that spoiled an otherwise superb stay.

Wow amazing hotel. Has everything you need. My mom loved it as a tourist. The shopping at the hotel mini super market. The location is the best. The view was amazing. Loved it. The windows were just a bit dirty could not take nice photos of all the beautiful lights. Staff is great. 5 star service. Thank you so much. Already booked again for next trip.

As mentioned the windows were a bit dirty. The bedding had a few dirty spots and the mirror in the bath room with the light did not work. But still had a great stay. Thank you.

The room had an amazing city and sea view. At night the light were beautiful to stare at. We enjoyed our pool time. The maze experience of exploring the hotel was fun.

I called the reception to connect me to housekeeping to change the linen and she told me they can’t change it as it has already been changed before our arrival. I sensed weird about it because the way she talked to be lacked professionalism and top of that it is my personal preference hence the staff shouldn’t put her opinion and ask me questions. She also asked whether it is urgent to change it and the call was cut off and no one called back after that.

Firstly I have to thank Mjasiri and Kharine these staff members in tower 3 reception are exceptional people. They made my stay in Ezdan so pleasant and so amazing. I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart. I can not express enough my gratitude toward you both. Thank you for exceptional customer service ..you made me feel right at home and I honestly did not want to leave Ezdan because you made my experience so wonderful. I want to give both of you 10 stars Thank you for everything you did for me.

Nothing amazing staff

I would like to say it was an amazing experience to stay at ezdan such a clean , comfortable and friendly atmosphere big thanks to all ezdan staff they were so helpful and caring always there to offer help ,relaxation and advices with a huge welcoming smile on their faces. I loved my experience at ezdan and for sure I will repeat my experience me and my family at ezdan over and over again .

Modern building with nice facilities and a majestic view. I had an earlier flight and needed an extra night, they kindly accommodated that request. Room was always clean and the front desk answered all my calls in a timely manner. Bathroom was good, in good conditions and had all the utensils for my stay.

The staff at the front desk was overall good but few comments. I request a late check out the night before and apparently the clerk “did not record it”., although he allowed it with a big smile. The next day, I was asked to leave the room on time because there were no late check out requests. That is not acceptable. As a visitor I might not ask questions that seem reasonable to the staff and they could anticipate, for example: no trains on Friday (after asking for directions), free bus service in some places. As a tourist, I should do some research, but an extra reminder from the staff would help. Lastly but small, the deodorizers in the main lobby is too much. It smells good, but it was overwhelming most of the times.

The room was spacious with a huge comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean with good facilities. The location was central and there was a shop and some restaurants downstairs. My favourite part of my stay was the breakfast! I really loved the food and was happy I paid extra for it to be included.

I couldn't figure out the aircon, and my TV wasn't working properly. To be fair, I could have asked the staff for assistance but I was there for a short time. My view was also just of another building.
