I booked an apartment for six people and I got what I asked for, we were celebrating a friend's birthday and the whole apartment just blended with our theme. Whatever we requested we were given and within a reasonable time.

It is not something I do not like, however, I wish before check-in time, we could be called and reminded of the deposit and how they expect it in terms of monetary value especially if the amount exceeds QAR400. Even though it may be on the website people may miss it or forget it.

I saw cleanliness of the Villa which we used, and all are organized well. If I have an occasion again, I will book it again soon.

nothing to worry about, just a little bit strict for the rules and policies, but I understand the situation, it might be for the good for everyone.

It was nice and clean and the staff were really helpful

The tv in our room kept switching itself off and it took a number of phone calls and complaints before issue was resolved. The cleaning staff would only give one small bottle of hair conditioner we were two ladies with long hair and needed extra. There was building/maintenance going on in the floor above who work us up about 6am - 7am every morning and this continued into the night. Luckily we were out most days but it’s not something we needed after a long day of touring. This continued for the duration of our trip..banging, drilling.. not restful at all for us. During our stay there was a Saudi delegation due to holidays which meant we weren’t comfortable using all the facilities available such as the pool as we wanted to be respectful of the culture and customs.

I arrived circa 10AM, straight from an overnight flight, and was able to check into my room within an hour or so, well before the usual check-in time. Taxi from the airport cost circa 50 QAR (though the ride back was less than 20 QAR, so they do rip you off from the airport!). Staff are very good and do their best to help. Luggage assistance was provided to my room. You can easily book a taxi or trip from the concierge service. The room was large and gave a good view of Doha. The hotel was quiet, with no noise from adjacent rooms. I used the Japanese/Chinese restaurant on site (D'Chopstix) served good, reasonably priced food (the Japanese food was very good value) and I ate at the restaurant twice. The Lagenda restaurant also served good food and I ate dinner there, along with breakfast (good options for breakfast). Though the Lagenda is labelled as having Malaysian food, I found it to be basic on that front and would recommend D'Chopstix, instead. There is a cheap Filipono food place just outside, too, which serves good fare. There are further food options within easy distance (incl. Nando's), however I was happy with the onsite restaurants. There is a fitness centre and pool on-site, however, I used neither. There is a very nice park just across the road, Al Muntazah Park, which is great for walking or exercising (there is a rubberised running track around it). There are also a lot of food stands where you can grab cheap food and drinks (e.g. 9 QAR for a decent chapati). The Al Mansoura metro station is a 1700m walk from the hotel and easy to get to for easy travel via the metro. However, if you are planning on using this a lot, you may want accommodation much closer to a metro station. All-in-all, I found this hotel a good option with a superb room for the price. You might want to stay a bit closer to the main city area if strictly a tourist, however, this is a great option a little further away.

There wasn't much to quibble about as the hotel offered great value for the price (I'd rate it a 4-star). One thing I would have liked was a vending machine within the hotel for quick snacks, however, there is a 24/7 mini-convenience store just outside the hotel entrance (though it is a bit hard to find without actually knowing it is there - could do with better signposting!). The other thing to note is that the swimming pool both isn't that large and is on the ground-floor, surrounded by the hotel, which means it does not get much sun - I had chosen this hotel largely on the pool as I was planning to spend a couple of days lounging, so had to change my plans and did not end up using the pool in the end.

Breakfast was excellent. However, our room was little away from location, so we had to walk to reach to restaurant.

Hotel lifts were only operative with card key. It got us stuck many times inside the lifts. I think lifts should be operated without card key.

The suite rooms sizes were good and having three toilets helped. Staff were veru]y friendly and always helped when needed especially the room service team.

The WiFi speed could be improved both in the room and the hotel lobey areas. The breakfast also got a bit chaotic at times and due to the volume of people the staff were unsure on the plan, meaning we were sent to another restaurant that was also closed.

Lovely hotel with great facilities breakfast was nice with a variety of dishes including fresh juices and fruit,staff were pleasant abd helpful at all times. The bed in the room was so comfortable, one of the best I have slept on .

The hotel is a farr out from the City centre ,even though it says its in the city centre taxi ride is approx 20 riyals into town centre.

We are a group of 10 ladies booked 2 apts (3 rooms & 2 rooms apartments) .Stayed for 4 nights Everything from the check in procedure , room cleanliness , front office, concierge and the F&B staffs are super nice, helpful, accommodating and fuss free. It was a perfect stay . Three of our friends fell sick . so unable to go down for breakfast. The F&B brought breakfast to our apartments for our sick friends . moreover usual checkout timing is 12 noon but allowed us for late check out due to our flight timing . We hv to pay refundable deposit 500 Qtr Riyal cash as security. upon check out , it will be refunded without any issue . You can also book the excursion for sand dune bashing with the hotel upon check in and city tour . in case of emergency currency change can be done at the reception . of course rates outside at the sook is slightly better . There was a close by groceries store but we didn’t walk down because of the heat. The apt were equipped with proper kitchen appliances. so minor cooking can be done . washing machine & oven is installed as well . however detergent & dishwashing soap are not provided. I travel very often but far most this is the best Hotel apartment thus far . I am very grateful . Please go an experience your selves .

Well organised staff, a friendly and patient Sotu who fetched us from airport. Pleasant environment. Quiet around accommodation. Cleaning staff eg. Myolin and friend, Kishore who assisted us daily at the rooms 9223, 9224 and 9229 rooms are hardworking, kind-hearted, helpful and friendly? Would recommend the hotel to people ' Thank you for liovely stay..😇❣️

Shower water didnt drain well.

Nice and clean hotel, easy to reach. Breakfast is fairly straightforward but should suffice for everyone. Staff is nice and friendly. We were there for the F1 race so didn't have time to check hotel facilities.

Even though Doha is not that big, there is not much around the hotel. A bus station is closeby but we opted for Uber/Karwa for transportation. 15-30 minutes should bascially get you anywhere.
