The room was spacious and comfortable as well as the service regular.

There were some people smoking on my floor in other rooms and the smoke used to come few days in a week into my room. This is a major thing the hotel should raze over and prevent with greater vigilance. Often it’s easy when the sensors on rooms work fully. Heavy warnings should be put to fine it. Likewise the bar next to it makes noise often and at the very entrance to hotel it smells always on cigarettes. This is what chased me away so as not to stay longer after my days were over.

The lady working as a receptionnist at the front desk of the hotel is very welcoming. I think she is called Naomie (according to his badge, I didn't ask her name). She is very friendly and smiling. I say this because the first impression one has when arriving in a place has a great influence on the sequence of events to come. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. In the shower, everything is at your disposal : a Mocca shampoo, Mocca shower gel, Mocca soap, Mocca shaving kit,... only a Mocca perfume is missing hahaha Thanks also to the security guard who is helpful. Al Mansour Plaza Hotel Doha, located near a metro station, is the best value for money in Doha.

Room was okay, but we noticed that basic necessities like towels, and toothbrush are not available in the room. Though it was given upon request. Staffs are okay. Very helpful.

The time waiting upon getting the room. It took like an hour for me in the reception coz there’s only one staff accommodating the incoming guests as well as phone inquiries, so I don’t have a choice but to wait. The accuracy upon booking, coz the next day reception called me mistakenly addressing me with other name. The mattress or bed foam needs to be changed.

The location was great. There was hot and cold water, everything was clean and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth.The bed was so comfortable we overslept and missed our flight.

The pictures are a little old. In reality the hotel is a little worn, there's some cracks in the wall (nothing crazy), in the tile, it's kinda old-fashioned. I also found it strange that the pool closes at 6pm, we only got back to the hotel at 8pm so we didn't get to enjoy it, sadly. Also, beware they don't have a restaurant.

Excellent room, comfortable bed and excellent location if you are looking to stay in doha. 2 minutes walk to Metro, nearby restaurants and shops of every kind. Prefer staying above the 3rd floor as the club downstairs will disturb your comfort.

For a 4-star hotel, the washrooms were a total disappointment, not bad but for a 4-star hotel they could have been planned better. The drainage of the shower is poor as water spreads across the toilet. Not as bad but not as per 4star standard.

This was my accommodation three times. all the time I enjoyed it with great pleasure. Mr Alam is a great person from the reception he knows how to satisfy the guest. my room was very clean thanks to the HSK Attendant. I will recommend my other friends. Thank you very much, Mr. Alam for your good service.

Overall everything- Location, hospitality and staff. Specially the staff at the reception named Rachelle was so flexible and cooperative. Whenever I asked anything necessary there was nothing that was denied by Ms.Rachelle and the hotel management must appreciate and motivate such staff. Totally a positive Customer satisfaction. I strongly recommend this Hotel for short and long stays, where you will never be disappointed for anything.

Staff at the reception was unwelcoming as I had ordered earlier booking but he made me wait at reception for 1 hour,it was unwelcoming claiming that there was no room ready to accommodate me and they have to do some cleaning

The property is centrally location. The gentleman receptionist was attentive did a quick and efficient at check in. The hotel was able to offer early check in for fee. The room was spacious and comfortable bed. Daily room cleaning.
