Nice buffet breakfast with varieties, except that I could only find orange juice for breakfast. Provide more kinds of juices. Location was great and I could almost eat while I watch the road, nice experience overall. The street walk by Swiss-Bellinn is amazing and also great for photos, and there was a bus stop just by Swiss-Cafe, this very hotel would be a great choice for your outdoor meeting or pitch in Doha on a budget, but the wind blows so you might have to turn the volume up a likkle bit.

The television could have been better, seem basic, but good that it works. Netflix or something else modern could suffice. T.V and android seem complex (2 remotes), and I was tired from the day, so I had no time to figure it out. So, I left it off throughout my stay and used my phone instead. Then the carpet in the hallway, makes it extra cozy but for a modern mind, it is old skool. Personal opinion though, I would have preferred marble floors.

I had a wonderful stay, and the staff truly made the experience memorable. The reception team was welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in and being very helpful throughout my stay. The security staff made me feel safe and well looked after, always greeting with a smile. The morning buffet staff provided an excellent start to each day, with warm service and attention to detail. Thank you to the entire team for such a fantastic experience.

Reception, gate guard, spa Reception, room service employees, the Indian who works in the cafeteria or kitchen and helped me microwaving my food, I extended with fair rate.

1. The bar bodyguard receptionest who requested 200 qr and passport copy to let me in and who is thinking that he is boss by his muscles. His attitude was lacking customer service and human respect. 2. The kitchen manager who was interrupting my discussion with the kitchen employee and trying to enforce his opinion on how he should microwave my food. 3. The room service manager who refused to provide extra sugar to me.

All the staff we met, from the security guard, and housekeeping, to the restaurants, were very friendly and accommodating, particularly Farhad and Charity in the reception, who both demonstrated excellent customer service. The rooms were so clean and spacious, and the mattresses and linens were exceptionally comfortable. An excellent location with easy access to train stations and malls. The place is highly recommended for families and groups of friends!!

- Hygiene could be a bit improved - For some reason they don’t put two sets of towels in a room booked for two and I had to request from housekeeping that looked at me weirdly for doing so. - I wish the queen size bed was a bit bigger. Room could easily have King instead

Location was superb as the hotel is just next to metro orange line as easier to most of my preferred places. And the hotel is also next to the restaurant that I like. Thus, easier for me to get my lunch and dinner.

I extended my stay for a few days and fully paid but the staffs keep on calling me to vacate the room without checking during my meeting time as I am working from hotel.

The location is excellent, as the metro is very close. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The front desk staff was helpful, and friendly. I appreciated the extra two-hour late check for free.

The staff in the breakfast area could be more proactive in offering coffee, as it is not made in the restaurant area, and I didn't know to ask for it to be made from the coffee shop.

One of the reasons of staying at this hotel is the hospitality . Right from the main entrance , the reception and the room service. Would give a special shoutout to Charity at the reception , no matter what time it is she always has a smiling face , definitely an asset to have someone like her at the front desk.

I had a really good stay.. the rooms are decent size, clean, the staff are very accomodating and the hotel is very near to the metro and malls. They even have a Korean bbq restaurant at the ground level, however it's not like a bbq style like we usually experience. it's just more of like any regular korean restaurant, not really the bbq stuff.

room service never came.

The location is very good especially near by the metro station, and the staff was very friendly. The value of money comparing to others is very good. Good for family or with friends. The breakfast is good with nice options but hope to increase the options in the future.

If you satay in connected room the noise of the other room you can hear it clearly. The toilet is little small and the water presser is low.
