We booked two bedrooms apartment. - It was new, clean - all staff are friendly and welcoming, they will provide you with what you requested in short period. - great location: 1 min to grocery and many restaurants. 10min away from souq waqif by car. - will come again for sure

- the building is not the same building of reception and gym/ swimming pool, it is located next to it. - the deposit amount of 2,000 riyal which was not mentioned in booking terms. This to be mentioned prior booking. - little bit was delay in checking in which took almost 45 min. - no metro station near

They upgrade my two bedroom apartment to a king’s suite along with a double bed connected room because they couldn’t charge the first night prior to my arrival and my original booking was not available. I really appreciate this service and would certainly come back to this hotel. Thank you so much. Also, I like the valet services it was very quick.

The waiting time at the front desk is too long. I suggest to provide numbers to each customer especially during high season to avoid clashes with the customers.

The property was clean and the staff were friendly especially the lady at the front desk - I think her name was Sukaina (?) - she was so lovely she changed our room immediately (because we had been given a smoking room originally not because there was anything wrong) and she gave us good recommendations for hair and beauty when we asked. Other than this, the hotel was conveniently located and had lots of amenities nearby.

The room service menu wasn’t great but it was not terrible either. The entrance was strangely organised with the security scanner but it wasn’t a major issue.

Excellent service Mr Isaiah Ekere the concierge manager gave us a free upgrade and a late check out . The property is immaculately clean and well maintained.

Stayed here for 2 weeks, I and my friend are rather strict reviewers and have decently high standards. I cannot fault this hotel in any way. Every area from the management, to all hotel staff overall were all impeccable. The handling of guests requests, general consistency in all areas, facilities, willingness and more so eagerness to provide the best service at all times was perfection. Breakfast, rooms, shower pressure, cleanliness, lift efficiency, air con, late checkout, spa, pool, shisha, every single service and area was amazing. Easily the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I and my friends have already said we will never stay anywhere else when we return to Doha and neither should anyone else. The quality, aesthetics, taste, price, everything was just perfect. I hope the management, overall experience, service and price range never falters. I wish I could list every single staff member but I simply cannot, I’ll just say every single breakfast staff, every assistant manager/manager, just wow. Special shoutout to Karan Lal and Samir though, they went even further than above and beyond to ensure satisfaction during our stay. The hotel location is phenomenal as well, tons of food places around the hotel, every major attraction/area/mall is no further than 20 mins on average by taxi. There is also a corner shop right outside the hotel.

I loved everything about this hotel and their staff. They pay attention to details, amazing services, polite staff. The hotel receptionists were especially helpful in everything I’ve asked them. My room had a great view, was spacious, full of sunlight…..The toilet was spacious too! Loved every detail about the room. I loved the oat house restaurant breakfast, and loved sitting at the rooftop at sprezzi. The location of the hotel was very convenient and close to most touristic places, as well as the metro. It was a beautiful stay, and would definitely come back again here if I visited Doha again.

They upgraded my room and Ms. Sirah was so approachable and accommodating. I jokingly told her that I was visiting Qatar as a tourist and requested a discount. She was quick to give it to me and gave me a voucher with a discount. And also appreciated that she registered me as an IHG member, so it was great on the next journey. I like thats its well maintained, and our rooms are clean. The service of the security, valet, housekeeping and the in room dining. They are very welcoming and friendly, you will not feel intimidated or hesitant to talk to them unlike some other 5star hotel we have been even the luxury hotel didnt match the kindness of security and valet staff. I commend also how the in room dining handles the new year, as i know its very busy inside the hotel but we called them twice and still feel that they happy to serve, also great appreciation to the housekeeping staff who always clean our room especially on the 1st nyt and last nyt, everything is perfect. Feels like home inside the room. Highly recommended hotel!

The staff were super nice and helpful, the food at the restaurants was delicious. The ambiance at the Moroccan restaurant was amazing, super chilled for a relaxed dinner on the terrace. The reception staff was helpful, always smiling and with good recommendations. The library was hands down my favourite spot to read a book, have a quiet moment or watch tv. The spa was always clean and empty wich was perfect for me! It was a perfect oasis, the hotel and the staff treated us well and will definitely come back!
