This is our third time back at Citadines Fusionopolis (Premier room) as it has just what we needed for our travels with a young toddler in tow - MRT, grocery store and food options directly below, and more stores in the adjacent building. Front desk staff were warm, welcoming and accommodating as always (and it’s always nice to see some familiar faces again, Ben & Tasha) - made it feel like a home away from home. Their kitchen is well equipped and the washer-dryer unit (the white samsung model) works a dream - it’s so quiet, almost silent, compared to other models I’ve used at other properties, which is a big plus as it allows me to do laundry while my toddler is asleep. The view from the room is nice, which is a bonus. I’ve noticed that there were a fair bit of patchworks done to the room which fixed some of the issues we experienced on our last stay (some water leaking from the shower, etc). Whilst it may not be the most aesthetically pleasing, it shows that the property addresses and puts measures in place to rectify these issues. We happened to be there for the Lion Dance performance during Chinese New Year, which our toddler was thrilled to watch.

The position of the shower head holder for both showers aren’t adjustable in the room we got this time round so we had to hold on to the shower head ourselves instead. House keeping lady was ok - she would miss some spots here and there. We’ve had better ones during our previous stays.

The room is spacious and i like loft model, there was a complete self laundry at room (washing machine, iron, cloth hanger foldable), and there is balcony.

the fridge and wifi didn’t operate well

This is our second time back at Citadines Fusionopolis as we had an amazing stay the first time. We booked the same room type (Premier) and stayed there for 3 weeks. The team at the reception (Ben, Tasha, Vicel, Rajini) were professional yet friendly, personable and welcoming. I love that the property has a WhatsApp Concierge service and the team was always quick in addressing any concerns we had (they didn’t have it this service first time we stayed here in January, or at least I wasn’t aware of it). We travelled for leisure as a family of 3 (two adults as and a toddler) and as mentioned in my previous review, I chose this place for the convenience of having a train station, variety of food options, pharmacy and grocery store all within the complex. The room itself is spacious with a well designed layout; it comes with a toilet and shower on each floor. The room also comes with a fully functioning washing machine and dryer combo.

Whilst our room was relatively clean overall, we found the rug in the living area to be dusty so this was a little disappointing (our room was kept so immaculately clean during our first stay, I was beyond impressed to say the least). I messaged the concierge about the dust through their WhatsApp service and noticed that the rugs were better from then on. We also happened to have had two geckos appear during our stay despite keeping the doors and windows shut. Although we managed to remove the geckos from the room ourselves, we still informed the front desk and they offered solutions in an attempt to resolve the issue which I appreciated.

Great apartment, everything was perfect. I like the view and the feeling to be in a classy place. A little (just little) difficult to find the entrance in this mall, if you arrive late evening, just take first and second escalators from MRT, on the left you will see the sign. Staff is helpful. Area is also great. For people like walking the area is great. Suggest you to walk around some of the office building in the area - many of them are top-notch architecture masterpiece. The symbiosis between buildings and greenery is astonishing.

Not too many kitchen utensils but you still have enough tools to cook for yourselves.

I thought this was hotel, and then realized that it is furnished/serviced apartment. I was totally impressed with the kitchen, had everything! Too bad that I have no time to cook for myself though... My schedule, including meals, are organized by the business. I like the view, of course, it was great. I wish i could use the gym, but again, i had no time. First day of arrival, i was in panic because of the shape of power outlet , which i have never seen. But the security guy (middle aged guy who's always there in the night) just let me borrow the adaptor, also took me fresh towel (i sweat alot) without me asking. I was totally impressed by hospitality (not just him but other people in front desk and room service).

I get to stay only 4 nights, with schedule totally ocupied with conference. It should have been great if this was to other kind of work, not just workshop that i was for this time, but more of working session kind of task where i go office, work with local colleagues, then i have free for the rest of day. Hopefully i have such chance in future. AND, i have to find sponsor like this time to pay for the price, it is a bit too high to pay out of my pocket... In fact i moved to a hostel after last day of stay to enjoy one more day of stay in Singapore.

Lots of space & light. Very nicely furnished. During the night the view is pretty nice. The gym is outdoors and has a great view.

Not really faults, but things to keep in mind. It's located in an industrial district, so far away from any interesting things. Our loft was facing the roads, industrial shipping sites and some constructions. The chairs are not particularly comfortable for working. The gym only works till 10PM, which may not be optimal for those who prefer working out before bed.

The view! Location was great for me although away from the city centre. The MRT was excellent and there was a station under the complex. The staff were very helpful and the apartment was cleaned every other day. Supermarket (expensive!) and restaurants in the complex. The desk in the bedroom area was perfect for me.

The only place to eat in the apartment was on the kitchen work surface. Cooking facilities limited to microwave/small 'oven' and kettle.

The A/C is right above the main bed and the draft is very strong even on the lowest setting There is very limited cuttlery / crockery, it would have been great to at least cater for 4 people per room There is no toaster, no dishwasher, prepare to keep washing your dishes and buy disposables if you have any visit. There are no wine glasses. The balcony in the deluxe bedroom had no furniture at all. There is no clothes hanger on either rooms The bathroom on the deluxe room is upstairs which is very inconvenient for overnight usage.

Even though I was there for leisure, and that seem to be more of a work area, the apartment was amazing. Also located underneath the MRT station plenty of places to eat, and the grocery store.

Even though it’s an apartment, I did expect better service on replacing towels and sheets I understand the difference between a hotel, and an apartment, if anything, have extra sheets on hand in the apartment.
