The staff made us feel very welcome and they were friendly and helpful. The staff prepared all the registration papers and room keys for us before we arrived at the hotel. Our room overlooked swimming pool and have Balcony and it was spacious Room was clean . Bed was comfortable Hotel located in Orchard street and 5 mins walk to Somerset MRT station and 7 mins Dhoby Ghaut MRT station . The Hotel was safe .

The only thing that was disappointing was that I smell dust in the room when I come in . Other than that, I can’t fault the place.

The location at the bottom of Orchard is excellent. The room is of good size but the shower is great with an interesting location of the control at the other end of the cubicle than the shower head Breakfast was good Pool was good Generally a pleasant and well run property

The room A/c was a bit hard to get to my liking. The huge lobby really needs a bar to give it some atmosphere.

Very helpful and approachable staff. Comfortable waiting area and toilet access before checking in and after checkout - until time to head for airport. Great location - right on Orchard Street, walking distance to main shopping area and other convenient services/stores.

Club room was excellent

Used this hotel a lot previously for business, the lighting in room very dull, if I recall there used to be a standard lamp behind settee, none in Room 923

The room was very comfortable and we had a very private balcony. The water pressure of the shower was excellent. There are some good eating places, shops and facilities like money exchange and sales of SIM card adjacent to the hotel.

The hotel has gone green and so there is no room cleaning unless one stays longer 3 nights. This is fine but it will be good if they come and refill the tea making facilities as well as bottled water instead of requiring the guest to ring up and make a request.

Staff very patient and handled us during our check-in.Friendly Abg at concierge side..We will come back again in future.Thank you for the kindness room service send us 4 plate and cutlery in the middle of the night.Very comfortable .

Facilities, swimming pool gym easy to find

Good location , great meals and the most important is the hotel staffs are very nice. They tried to resolve the problem to help me as I found that my father’s wheelchair was broken during flight. My father can not walk a long distance .That would be worst trip if the hotel staff did not find another one for us to use during the trip. However it would be excellent if the hotel can re-design the bathroom to be more convenience and safe for elder person because it is difficult to get into the bath tube and shower should be more closer to get ,otherwise ,old person has to walk on the bath tube to get it.I am sure that You can improve this. Thanks in advance and hope that we will back to you again.

Love the family room set up. Heaps of space and the kids love the bunk beds. I personally loved the water pressure in the shower, very nice after a long humid day out.

The carpet floor was damp in certain parts of the room. The smoke sensor right outside the bathroom triggered when the steam from the bath/shower escaped when the bathroom door was open. Maybe it should be placed further away from the bathroom door.

Good location and very friendly and helpful staff. Only a few steps to a hop on bus stop.

Noisy air-conditioning and late night noise from adjacent club venue. But staff relocated us to a quieter room in another wing which was much better with no noise from either air-conditioning or nightclub.
