Excellent location within 15-20 mins. of everywhere by taxi or train. A 10 min. walk to Orchard Road Shopping Precinct and Somerset train station. Great value for money with a wonderful full buffet breakfast each morning and varied. :)) We stayed for 10 days and had a Serviced Apartment with a washing machine, which came in handy after days of humidity and hot sweaty clothes, a kitchenette and a medium sized fridge. The supermarket downstairs was an asset! Very clean and wonderful, helpful staff who were always smiling. Lovely Cafe 'Blooms' across the road for good coffee & Acai Bowls! Lots of small local eateries across the road too. Comfortable mattresses and Room Service Mon. to Fri. We couldn't have picked a better location.

The only negative was the pillows! They were awful. Feather and not comfortable at all so we had 10 days of very interrupted sleep. They look great when they are all fluffed up but go very flat. Even with 2 they weren't comfortable. Suggestion is to ask if they have other pillows on offer.

The room and facilities are modern and clean

Thereis major construction on the street on two sides of the building. Trucks, jackhammers and general construction noise within 30 metres of the building. commotion starts at before 8am and goes nonstop to 9pm Monday to Saturday. Even with windows and blinds closed it is infuriating and impossible to sleep ( I was wearing earplugs and still awakened as the crews arrived each morning ). I dont understand why I was not given a room on the opposite side of these works.

The Room was excellent, it had ample space and all that we needed. The location was reasonable, it was easy reach to train station and Orchard Road. The Breakfast worked really well with a good selection.

The bathroom needed to be cleaned better, there was mold around the edges of the shower and drain, the overflow in the sink needed to be cleaned as well.

the location, supermarket and pharmacy in the same building, close to Somerset MRT, short walk to Orchard Road and green spaces, plenty of eating places at Killiney Road. the buffet breakfast at Cafe Crystal was great.

Living area in the one bedroom apartment where I stayed is without sunlight due to the wall separating it from the bedroom.

Large spacious apartments that are quiet, comfortable and well-equipped (including a washing machine but no washing powder). There is a 24 hour reception and hence it is easy to leave luggage before check-in or after check-out (unlike with an Airbnb). The location is a short walk from Somerset MRT, the shops of Orchard Road, a supermarket and restaurants. Orchard Grant Court does not offer the extras one might look for on a holiday (bar, restaurant, spacious communal area, etc.) but is perfect for a business trip or budget-conscious visit to Singapore.

the stay was very pleasant, the room was very clean but unfortunately noisy from the street, although we stayed on the 10th floor. the hotel is quite far from the so-called center of the city, if you are a turist, which, according to my knowledge, is Marina Bay. however, it is close to Orchard Street, a beautiful and large street with big malls, places to eat etc. It is also far from the metro, there is a lot of walking.

unfortunately the breakfast was a complete disappointment. everything cold, even the omelette, the bacon, everything.. very below average breakfast as well as the hall, which is also below expectations.

The location of the property was great in walking distance from Orchard Road, train station. Breakfast was great to plenty to choose from. Room was fully adequate great for a family of four. Beds were comfy just could have done with an extra blanket to go with the extra pillows.

The room we had was very noisy as we were above the air conditioning units and the loud hum made it had to sleep. In the side street walking to the back of the building to the entrance you had to walk past men all lined up sitting on the side walk smoking away which was not very clean and the side walks to the building had litter on the street. I thought Singapore was meant to be a very clean country.

Good size room with everything we required. Great friendly staff. The washing machine/dryer was an absolute benefit. Bed was very comfortable (some may find it a bit firm) and arguably better than home. Breakfast was good and included in the price. Room was serviced daily except weekends which was fine. We started with 12 possible places to stay and eventually chose Orchard Grand Court - a great choice. Could have stayed in cheaper smaller room but with 3 week visit wanted a bit more. Easy 8-10 minute walk to either Orchard Road or River valley road for heaps of transport options. Lots of eating places close by.

Nothing to dislike unless you are really really picky

The room was very spacious, and the king-sized bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. We used the pool and gym twice and found them great. Breakfast had a good selection of food but didn't cater for food intolerances like soy milk or gluten-free bread, but they were happy for us to bring our own in. It was so convenient having a supermarket in the same building and small eating places just across the road. The clothes drying rack was very convenient and our washing dried by the next day.

Not much. The main thing was the air conditioning in the hallways was so cold that we would have to dash from the lift to our room before getting frozen. Not a big deal, really. I am also not a fan of a lot of black decore in the room, some colour would be great to give it some personality and warmth.

My husband and myself stayed there very recently for our 10 year wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with warm, helpful and friendly staff. Once checked in we were taken to our room by the kind concierge. Our room was very neat and tidy. It had all the appliances, linen etc to make our stay very comfortable. Everyday our room was cleaned and was nice to come home to after a day of sightseeing to and an immaculate room. We had a full buffet breakfast everyday also and we liked the fact each day the food was different. We highly recommend this accommodation to any person travelling to this beautiful city. Singapore itself is just an absolute beautiful place. We have been so bleblessed to experience all Singapore has to offer. Thanks to all the staff at Orchard Grand Court 😀
