Although small (which is normal for Singapore) the loft apartment didn’t feel too claustrophobic as the bed was on another level and the room had high ceilings. I also liked that it was in a quieter part of the city and so using the metro to travel to and from the apartment was a lot less crowded than more central parts of Singapore. I also had a buddy that flew to my window to say hello on most mornings :)

Didn’t really like the TV being at the end of the bed as it meant having to go upstairs and be in bed if i wanted to watch something on a big screen. Some might find the location a bit far from the main tourist sites.

The room is spacious for me (not having a luggage bag), we take the loft room. The location is very quite which is good. Facilities are good and convenient for our stay as well! Washroom is spacious. The location is very near to MRT, just a road away. Nearby in the MRT station have plenty of options for food!

Only have one chair, can't eat on the table with two person. The floor have a lot of observable dust. Mrt station is near, but from circle line travel to tourists spots like Changi airport, Gardens by the bay etc., will need to change stations. After 10pm will be difficult to find food, you need to Grab.

I loved all the facilities. The kitchen and out door dining area was lovely. The kitchen was well fitted out and never too busy. The pool area was so relaxing. Washing machines and dryers were great. Loved the lobby area with coffee machine and shop. Water machines on each corridor was great, you didn't have to stock up on plastic bottles. The mrt was right across from the hotel, and there were so many shops and restaurants by the MRT also, just check opening hours as they aren't open very late. I loved the selection of foods there, food court, pastry shops, subway supermarket etc. The bed and pillows were so comfy and I loved the strong hot shower. It was so clean everywhere.

Room was nice but a small space but all the other shared spaces meant you could relax outside the room.

Location was the main draw. Very closely situated to One-North MRT station. Room was made up once in a few days with towels changed. Enough charging ports in the room. Shower was great. WIFI was great. I requested for a room on a high floor and corner room, that wasn't really the case. But room was in the building further away and was mostly quiet. Checking in and out was smooth.

Sheet had some small stains. The casting function of the TV didn't always work. You need to pay for the use of the laundry by getting tokens from reception and instructions on the machines were not clear. The shared fridge on my level was stuff full and appeared unmoderated. I wasn't able to put anything in there at all.

The location: it is quiet and leafy, and with the MrT station right at the door-step it is very convenient. The room is small but it didn’t feel small nor crammed due to the co-living, co-working spaces, co-chill-out spaces. I especially like having a shared kitchen and laundromat on-site. All the shared spaces were super clean and odourless. If I may suggest something, it would be this: a squeegee tool so that I can remove liquid across the surfaces of the shower when I am done showering (since the room only gets cleaned every 3 days) everyday

I really liked the convenience to my school. I also loved how it was directly across from the MRT station and there were two bus stops right outside the property. Getting around was a lot easier because of its location.

For the smaller rooms/non loft I didn't like how there wasn't a fridge in the room. But there were fridges on each floor so you can put a tag on your food and store it there. It still made me nervous because I wasn't sure if anyone would steal my food. Thankfully no one ever did.

Location. It was right across one-north mrt station, in whose building has a grocery store, starbucks, and other f&b establishments, which were open on weekdays. Most are closed on weekends. Coffee machine and other small drink and food items, located at the lobby, were contactless. Use an app or cc to pay. No-fuss check-in/check-out. They have an adequate gym, laundry and dryer machines, all contactless, laundry soap automatically dispensed. Lobby was like a shared work-space. I liked this set-up! Friendly staff! Special mention to Rizal at the Front Desk. Very friendly and helpful! Also, my grab drivers didn’t get lost finding the property.

The room was quite small.

Nice kitchen for cooking things if you prefer the taste of home. Great wifi that didn't drop out at all like it tends to at other places. Shower was powerful. Staff were very helpful with any requests. Good location if you want to be out west, which is what we were after. Central line trains are literally across the road which gives you access to a lot of places.

Rooms are pretty tiny, if you've got more than a few bags and you're a big guy like I am you'll struggle. There are lots of areas in the hotel to sit and chill out though, so it's not the end of the world.

We stayed here for 20 nights during our visit to Singapore. We were very impressed by the amount of facilities this accommodation provided. The swimming pool was great. The mini laundro-mat was also a plus as we were staying for a longer period of time. Would've loved to use the gym, kitchen and bbq amenities provided but however never found the time too. The staff there were all mostly friendly. I would like to compliment the staff member who checked us in, she addressed me by my name every time i went to the counter for any assistance. She wasn't however featured on the staff slideshow in the lobby so i am unable to provide her name. Rooms are air conditioned which is essential. The rooms are relatively new as well, so very nicely designed and aesthetically pleasing. The rooms had everything you need to be comfortable and the showers i particularly enjoyed. The location is also great, very close to many food options, a supermarket and the MRT( which is great for easy travelling around Singapore) All in all, for the facilities available, comfort of room , location and affordability, we really enjoyed our stay.

The rooms are cleaned about once a week. I was aware of this previously reading the reviews. However, requesting for things such as rolls of toilet paper and towels seemed to be hard to acquire with certain staff members at the counter, as they weren't willing to give more than 1 roll at a time. We were staying for 20 nights and to have to constantly go up and down to acquire toilet paper isn't the most convenient or pleasant interactions. It would have also been nice to have a vacuum or broom available on every floor to allow guests to be able to clean their own room while housekeeping wasn't provided. Our initial room had issues, however we were kindly moved to another room which we did appreciate.
