Front desk warm welcome attitude. Location is in the center of many eateries. Room is clean and size is good.

Corridor leading to lift lobby is too dark. The room curtain switch is not user friendly. The desk chair has no wheels and it is very heavy. The socket outlets on the desk top are so inconvenient to be reached. Not comfortable or felt safe with housekeeping bcos majority are male gender..

Excellent location to explore Singapore. The free walking tour was brilliant. The room was great, loved the quirky layout and the staff on the front desk were really helpful. The free happy hour was a great way to meet fellow guests and a rare treat to be given free wine, beer or refreshments in a hotel.

The bar/restaurant didn't open until 5pm and was overpriced for the quality of food. The roof space was a wonderful, fab pool, excellent views, good seating ...but didn't serve drinks. The "gym" was definitely an after thought and appeared to be the end closet on three floors...so you had to use the stairs to go between the weights room and cardio machines. Very odd! and all the rooms were cramped, hardly room for more than one person to train.

I am a picky traveler. I like what i like. my twin sister and I even have our own rating system. this hotel was perfect, cozy, comfortable, the view from the pool is amazing at night. when I travel, I like to feel safe, I love the extra security to get to your floor. the room was fantastic. everything a weary traveler could want for refreshments in the room (nespresso machine, hot tea kettle, tea assortment, wine glasses, snacks, etc.). on arrival, I was offered coffee, water, tea, wine, etc. nice touch! also love that at the pool, there is always cold water with fresh fruit (when I arrived, it was fresh orange slices in the water - absolutely refreshing). was able to walk from the metro system to the hotel. it would be a bit challenging if you had a ton of luggage, but I traveled light. convenient location. hotel staff let me store my bags so I could walk around the city after check-out before my flight. also were helpful with claling a taxi! lots of shops nearby. Papi's tacos next door is great. As a female solo traveler, I 100% recommend this property.

This hotel is a fine example of not allowing form to follow function. A fully realized esthetic that then struggled to be functional. The shower room floor is a beautiful glossy stone, almost friction free when wet. The only way to make it more dangerous would be to add an electric outlet. Or soap. Speaking of soap, there is a beautiful tub in the shower room but lather up before entering because the soap dispenser is bolted to the shower wall out of reach…. Light switches throughout the room are lovely and bespoke with small print labels, a small hand torch and reading glasses proved useful.

Our second visit at beautiful Naumi Hotel, SIngapore! Great location, very close to a lot a places. Lovely neighbourhood with great restaurants, shops and coffee places. The room was spotless clean, good size, lovely bathroom with all amenities one can wish, very comfortable bed - just like we were used from our last year´s stay! Great service from reception. We love the rooftop terrace bar and restaurant & the pool with the stunning views! We actually specially came for that in order to have dinner & drinks with a lovely view at the end of the day, just like we did last year. Unfortunately it was not written in the description that the bar & restaurant was not existing any longer, so that was quite a huge disappointment. The hotel itself, the rooms, staff and rooftop pool & views are still really nice, as well as the atmosphere in the hotel. Last year it was a 10+++, this year I would have expected at least to have received a note that the rooftop-restaurant & bar is closed for the time being, but anycase we still enjoyed our stay!

We were very disappointed, that the rooftop bar and restaurant was closed or not longer existent. Especially because we actually came for exactly this, as we, last year, enjoyed to spend the nights at the Cloud9 rooftop restaurant& bar for food & drinks.

What a beautiful, professional group of staff working at the Naumi hotel. We loved every second of our stay. The service was so fantastic, we are frequent travelers, and travel around the world, but we have never experienced hospitality and professionalism like that which was shown to us during our stay at Naumi. Our room was so clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and the amenities were perfect for our needs. We especially enjoyed the gorgeous swimming pool and view! The location of the hotel was wonderful, close to tourist spots and easy to navigate anywhere in Singapore on public transport. Thank you again to all the staff at the Naumi hotel, who made our stay in Singapore so special and one we will never forget!

Location could not be better. Just across the road from the historic Raffles Hotel. The pool with a view is awesome and with free drinks provided during the happy hour as well – the free wine was very good not poor quality like you get from some hotels. A rather quirky room design with the sink unit in the middle of the room but worked for me since I was not sharing. If I ever get back to Singapore, I would almost certainly use this hotel again.

Breakfast was fairly basic but since we only had two days to explore Singapore, we wanted to set off on early tours so it was sufficient.

The Location was very close to bus stops and MRT. The Rooms have great layout, comfortable and stylish. The Poolside was exceptional, views were spectacular and the infinity pool was luxurious, outdoor setting was spectacular. Really appreciated storage of our luggage and use of poolside waiting for our late flights out, really made last day unique.

Room was not ready for check-in at 3pm. Ready at 5:30pm instead. Just wanted to explore the city straight away, unpack, change and settle in. The Staff offered a change room in outdoor pool area toilets, was difficult, not ideal with the suitcases but at least we could get away for some food.
