Free hazzle with self check in. Room is clean and have small kitchen. Hotel located in good location. Only few minutes walk to Bugis MRT and a lot of restaurants. Very convenient.

Room is a bit small but okay it is clean and the bed is comfy.

It's only a few minutes' walk from BUGIS subway station, the transportation is very convenient, and there are many special restaurants nearby. The room is not big, but clean, and the soundproofing is not very good, but you can't ask for too much at this price. There are some check-in procedures that you need to handle electronically, but the service staff are kind and can assist. It is not possible to eat in the room. There is no refrigerator in the room. This is to ensure that everyone can have a clean accommodation space. It is understandable that there is a public kitchen on the sixth floor. You can make simple cooking by yourself and use the public refrigerator. Free coffee is provided. If you consider the price, this is worth recommending to you.

I brought my visually impaired aunt to SG for some tests and check-ups so I purposely chose this place coz it's near the hospital. The small room size turned out to be an unexpected blessing as it helped her navigate around (just a few steps from bed to bathroom). Hosting teams are super nice, they even let me use the other nearby ST Signature Hotel facilities when I needed to work late at night. Much appreciated. Then there's the free tea, coffee, milk and stuff at the kitchen on level 6 which helped us out quite a bit when my aunt wanted a quick meal fixing in the middle of the night. All in all, a great place for business trips if you want to swing by SG to get stuff done instead of sightseeing as it provides the most bang for your buck.

The smart key app is laggy, both I and my brother started having trouble with it after 2nd day and had to input PIN manually for the rest of our stay there. Defo needs some improvements there. And the kitchen is WAAYYY smaller than it looks in the photos. Still functional and provides great value especially if you travel with some picky eaters, but yeah, don't get your hope too high just bcoz of the photos, they use a huge ass mirror to make it looks bigger, lol. Frankly, if you go to SG for vacation or leisure purposes I'd say pick the other ST Signature Hotel right across the street. This place is great for either someone travels on a budget or just wanna get things done and doesn't mind a lil bit of cramped space.

The staff was very helpful and easy to reach. The rooms were well taken care off with no leakages in the bathroom. The tea and coffee upstairs was good. The free water available was good as well. Excellent service.

I didn't like the fact that the facility didn't provide proper breakfast.

location is great, easy access to MRT and buses, walking distance to Bugis Street and Arab Street. Rooms are not the biggest, but have all you need. self check in via app, but had staff there that was really helpful when we ran into a problem.

Staff are very friendly, cool behavior, immediately assist if needed anything.

About the room very small , hard stay 4ppl this tiny room no space for walk even , I think better take out 2 single bed and the washroom need door lock ,

Rooms were nice and clean! Staff was prompt and very friendly. Great location to MRT and Bus stations.

Rooms were a little on the smaller side. Hot water didn't seem to run for more than a couple of mins so a very luke ish warm water shower.

Perfect location walking distance to mrt station and bugis st. Shopping center

Fabulous location! Bed super comfortable. Great staff. Great choice for 1 or 2 nights.
