It was quiet, good sound proofing between rooms. Nice location which was easy to get to from the MRT. There was a kettle and iron in the room.

Too much lighting in the room at night which we were unable to block. There was a permanent night light under the sink. The phone flashed red. If I wasn't suffering from jet lag the lights may of not been so annoying? The room hadn't been swept properly before or during stay. We didn't like the self check in as it lost the personal touch.

The location, and staff were excellent

We were told upon arrival that there would be noise works during the day, but the noise made our stay very unpleasant. We could not stay in our room during the day. There was no bar or lounge area to sit in, and the chairs around the pool were uncomfortable and most were in the full sun. The breakfast was less than satisfactory.

The location on Clarke Quay was perfect. A 10min walk from Chinatown and just across the road from Clarke Quay. A great central location that was handy to 7/11s and malls too. We had requested that the 2 rooms we'd booked be on the same floor and we were lucky enough that we had rooms next to eachother on the same floor as the pool. The beds were very comfortable. Would happily stay at the same hotel again and have already given a recommendation to 2 lots of friends who are visiting Singapore soon.

The new design of the bathrooms may not be to everyone's liking as they are not separated from the main room with a solid wall - just opaque glass.

I had a lovely time staying at the Park Regis Singapore. My room was spacious, clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job and the room was always very clean. Breakfast was delicious and there were lots of options to choose from. Room service was also delicious and very quick. The location is great, and a lot of the big attractions are within walking distance. And the staff were excellent; so kind, polite and helpful, and were very happy to help me with my bags and to help me book taxis. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore!

I loved the breakfasts. Well worth the price. Best breakfast with a wide range of choices to choose from. The clean rooms were bigger than expected and the staff were so helpful.. Every single one of them made you feel important. Thank you for your service.

Our room had toilets with glass doors and walls. Although they were frosted they dont give much privacy. Lucky Ive been married for a long time. Also the doors and walls dont go right up to the ceiling and no fans are installed to extract any smells.

Gorgeous hotel with very friendly staff who are very polite, friendly and welcoming. Newly updated rooms which are lovely. The location was perfect, situated right near China town and Clarke Quay so plenty of eating options. It is also located conveniently to two MRT stations. Breakfast was lovely and changed daily. I am vegan and they had plenty of options including toast, cereal, fresh fruit, preserves, mushrooms, baked beans and a potato option. All clearly labelled vegan. We had a twin room which was amazing. It was spacious and located on the third floor which was lovely and quiet. This is the first hotel I have ever stayed in where I did not hear a peep from any of the neighbouring guests or those walking the lobby, so we were very impressed.

Rooms a bit small with no separate bathroom, just a small partition with frosted glass of toilet visible from bed.

Our stay at Park Regis by Prince was excellent. The staff were exceptionally friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The hotel was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with staff constantly on the move to ensure everything ran smoothly. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes. The location was ideal—close enough to walk to the marina and conveniently near the metro, making it easy to explore the city. While we have no major complaints about the accommodation, the toilet situation was a bit awkward. It had a frosted glass partition with a gap at the top, which may not provide enough privacy for those who are not completely comfortable with their partner’s toilet habits. If this is a concern, it might be worth inquiring if the hotel offers other room layouts. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended!

Location is excellent, near to the river and MRT, rooms are super clean, the staff is helpful, the pool is nice, and quiet and never too crowded. It's a very good hotel and I highly recommend it.

The breakfast hall is under renovation and there is no on site breakfast which was not mentioned when I booked. The breakfast was delivered to the room, the quality was VERY VERY poor. Only when I complained I was informed that there are also vegetarian options and 10$ vouchers to get. During 5 nights stay the rooms was cleaned once only. It's a pity the hotel doesn't provide rental bike like it did few years ago.

The design of the room, the big and relaxing swimming pool, the great location in the best area of Clark Quay, within walking distance to everything and especially the major museums and sights and Chinatown (really 5 minutes). This is definitely a hotel where I would come back for a longer stay in Singapore as it’s a good blend of location, room design, size of swimming pool, price.

Renovation works in some rooms. The rooftop terrace above the swimming pool was also abandoned, hopefully to be refurbished soon. Breakfast was not included in the price - given the disturbances of the renovation works, it could have been a kind way to compensate. Check in and check out were extremely lengthy and slow. This should and can be improved.
