Super well located, literally hundreds of restaurants nearby, in less than 1km range. Almost in front of a 7-eleven, and many attractions nearby. Great SmartTV and comfy bed that helped us getting some needed rest. Staff super friendly, helpful and they even went way beyond expected to send my jacket back to other country when I forgot it.

Room a bit small, especially the space between the bed and the wall. The elevator goes up to the 4th floor, so we had to climb one flight of stairs to get to our room in the 5th (and highest) floor. These things were minor compared to the benefits, so that’s why we decided to give a max score.

The property delivers what it promises! We booked 2 rooms for 2 couples and Ed & Ryan the digital companions are available at all hours of the day to help you out. The rooms are a little small but manageable for 2 people to be comfortable including an AC, hot water, fridge, microwave, ironing board, and even a locker. The facility has washing machines that can be used free of charge and the building is in a great location, just by the river which is perfect for a late-night stroll or some partying or just getting a good meal with a view! It is also a convenient 5 min walk from the Clarke Quay MRT Station

Though there is a facility to store luggage, there are no common washrooms so if you arrive early, you can not change and head out for the day as your rooms will only be made available at the check-in time. The walls are a bit thin so people in the corridors can be easily heard

Location was great, next to the MRT to easily travel around and in walking distance of Chinatown. Kim and Ryan were great and on hand for any of our needs

I am satisfied. No complaints. At first I got confused with the way they number their rooms like our room was 104 but on the door it looks like this 0-104 but O got it figured out so no big deal.

I had an amazing stay at this property and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! The check-in and check-out process were incredibly easy and seamless, and the team was extremely responsive via WhatsApp, which made communication so convenient. A special shoutout to Edmar, Gracie, and Jona for their exceptional service—they truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. For example, they were super flexible in providing extra towels on top of the regular room cleaning, even though it wasn’t typically included. The location is unbeatable—very central, with plenty of food options around and many attractions within walking distance, including the ArtScience Museum. If you’re into yoga or Pilates, you’ll be pleased to find several studios nearby as well! While the fridge in my room was a bit noisy initially, the team was quick to assist and confirmed that I could switch it off if I preferred. This kind of prompt and thoughtful support made all the difference. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would definitely stay here again. I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can only say positive things. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is situated in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient to reach the main attractions and sights on foot. Whether it's shopping, restaurants, or cultural highlights – everything is within close proximity. The hotel itself was impeccably clean. The rooms were not only comfortable and well-equipped but also extremely well-maintained. It was evident that the housekeeping staff places a high value on cleanliness and hygiene. A special thank you goes to the outstanding service provided by the staff. Maica, Mary, and Kalvin made my stay truly unforgettable. Their friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism ensured that we felt completely comfortable and welcome. Such hospitality is rare and truly enriched our stay. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely return!

The place is like the pictures, with a big fridge, cooking appliances, an apple tv, good wifi. It's close to all the attractions and many restaurants. The communications is all via whatsapp so pretty convenient and they reply to all the concerns and offer help for everything. Overall a great experience, I recommend it.

Clean,comfortable and well located. Had everything I needed. Edmar was very helpful with checking me into the apartment. Whilst I had compelled more of the check I my self he made the last bit so much easier. Ryan delivered my stored bag to me promptly and was very helpful. Kim My other hostess I did not meet but I am sure she would have been just as helpful The online support was very helpful any time I had a question

For me the size of the apartment was perfect for one person however if you’re travelling with someone it could be a bit of a tight squeeze. However it is south east Asia and rooms tend to be on the smaller side. Also whilst I had no difficulty using my phone to enter and exit the property post being shown how to do so my Edmar I think it was challenging for many other people as I noticed some people struggling with it in the lobby. The mattress was very soft for me.

Edmar, Cora and Jona were very accomodating - they are literally only one message away and you'll receive an instant response. The hotel itself has all the amenities you need, especially the washing machine + dryer! Room is super clean and that's a must! Location is super handy - close to bus stops, MTR station and surrounding restaurants and quick bites. I'd stay here again if I am travellign solo again!

Walls are quite thin... I got woken up by neighbouring rooms but could be that I am a light sleeper.

We were a little unsure of taking a room with no window but it ended up being something we really appreciated after being in the humidity of Singapore each day as it helped keep the room cool! The room itself was quite nice with a generous bed, TV, AC, decent little kitchen and an excellent modern bathroom. We had no issues with WIFI and really appreciated the storage and fridge space available in the room. The staff (shout out to Loc, Jona, and Divina!) were super friendly, and helpful, going so far as to see how we'd settled and offering some SIngapore tips and tricks, and were easily reached via Whatsapp whenever help was needed. Check in and out was very easy and the location was incredible for getting around Singapore. Highly recommended, especially for the price!

As an Android phone user I did have some issues with the digital key at times and I often had to take my phone case off in order to make use of it, my partner's iPhone didn't have that problem at all - not a huge knock but could be painful for someone who doesn't have the option! We also had some rather noisy neighbours that were somewhat amplified by the echoey corridors, again, not a huge knock on the hotel but might be worth looking into some soundproofing (or less noisy folks!) Finally, the flooring in the bathroom meant that some water got out of the shower, not a huge issue but could quickly soak a bathmat if you weren't paying attention to where you put it.
