The location is super and the rooms comfortable. Good value for money.

Room service is not up to par. There is only one F and B outlet and it's a buffet, which I do not care for.

The room was excellent and spacious, location in the town area made it easier to move around for food options and casual shopping without having to take much public transport! It was a very comfortable stay!

The TV in the rooms are not as dynamic in a way that Apple devices are not able to screen mirror - it is only available for android or Samsung products, which was abit of a downer as we were using Apple devices and we were hoping to be able to screen mirror some shows on the TV.

it was located in the middle of everywhere we plan, so it was perfect and it has a bidet!!! that's a big point

no bath tub! lol

I was given an upgrade from Deluxe room to Club premier room as they were not able to provide us two adjacent rooms. The upgrade included complimentary breakfast. Really appreciate the gesture. Staff behavior was excellent. Location is very good. Bus stop is right in front of the hotel along with the overhead road crossing which takes you to the other side which has Far East mall. Facility in the hotel was of top notch.

Breakfast spread was great, menu could be changed a bit instead of too much repetition. Check-in process is comfortable but could be shortened. Took quite some time which can be frustrating for guests waiting in the queue when it is long. Some more seating options can be added at the lobby.

I would like to commend Ms Gurjeet at Carousel Cafe for her excellent service. She's very courteous and attentive, forthcoming with food recommendations. Also our appreciation to the front desk team. Although my request to assist me in preparing my room as a surprise for my wife as we were celebrating our anniversary wasn't met, they made an effort to send us a greeting card with a piece of cake. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Our room wasn't decorated with an anniversary theme and no flowers was prepared as requested. Also it would be nice if more options of tea/coffee and drinks in fridge were available.

Clean room, great services by the staffs there. Had the pleasure of being attended by Mr Dragon who was polite and professional in serving us. Staffs at Carousel also deserves to be mentioned by giving us a great service during our dinner there on 30th April. They were very busy given that buffets are opened up again on that day but they make every effort to attend to my requests. Food is fantastic there as well. Compliments to the chefs

Room too near to near to main road, able to hear traffic zooming by when trying to rest. Toilet shower head holder was spoilt and room is too cold even when the room air con is switch off during the night when sleeping.

You were helpfully able to put our son, visiting separately, in an adjacent room - all spontaneously without making any special request. We were lucky to be included in the Club Lounge trial you ran on the day we arrived. This was a very good experience and we look forward to you taking this further. We would be happy to pay a supplement for this facility.

No ice available without sending for a bucket. The express checkout did not make clear when you had paid. Eg : "Thank you. Your bill is settled.", so you keep wondering if the process is complete.

The hotel has a great location and we had an incident my mom needed hospital in the mid of the night the hotel sent me a wheelchair and guided me to the nearest hospital also I was back early morning 5 am I informed them that we need a late check out coz we need to sleep before our flight because we did not sleep all night in hospital .. they were very supportive to the extend that we as guests felt home .. they was like whatever you need just be good and mom get out safe from hospital.. this I will never forget .. the mid night shift 5/9/2024 and the morning shift .. the staff are not the same however both shifts did the same and offered us all kind of support .. This kind of help will make this hotel number one choice for my next visit .. thank you Royal plaza for the best customer experience ever .. you deserve the best ..

The hotel was fantastic value for money. We stayed here 5 nights, as a family of four, with extended family. Great location, there is a entrance to the One Utama mall from the hotel lobby. It was super easy to duck in and out of the mall for meals and amenities, including access to pharmacies and supermarkets. Perfectly clean, staff were helpful. Always felt safe, the taxi/Grab drop off zone at the front of the hotel is well managed by staff. The breakfast buffet is extensive, great value. The pool area is well maintained and was never too busy. We would definitely stay here again.
