An excellent location & right next to the subway entrance. Very easy, & cheap, to get to the airport on our departure. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of food on offer. The one dinner we ate in the hotel was also very nice with a sweet little cake produced for my wife's birthday. The room was very clean & the staff very friendly & helpful.

The bar area could be a little more attractive. As we were 3 in our room I opted to keep the king bed but with an additional one brought in. The extra bed was not what I would expect for such a fine hotel. I never mentioned it as it was still comfortable, but in future I would opt for twin queen beds instead.

Excellent hotel with nice pool. For late departures hotel offers to use showers etc. for refreshing also after check out.

This is my 3rd time staying at the Sofitel City Center hotel. I am glad that I chose your hotel for this business trip that last for a week, thanks to the help of your staff team. Over the past two decades, I have stayed at many prestigious hotels in Singapore. Nowadays, the quality of facility and hardware of 4 to 5-star hotels is not very different. What differentiates a hotel from others is the quality of the service which cannot be delivered without great staff.

A part of the facility of the bathroom needs to be repaired but the front desk did a great job sending people to fix it and change us to another room with more space. So I am quite happy with the response to make up for the inconvenience.

The hotel is in very good shape. Very clean, quiet and in excellent location. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. And the room itself was excellent, the bed was one of the best hotel beds I have had.

The breakfast was not even close to what one could expect from such a hotel. There was no buffet available, so you had to choose from a list and the portions were small and not very tasty. Pool area did not have any service at all, and there is no 24/7 room service available. I don't know if all of these issues are impacted by the covid restrictions but it's not something you would expect from such a premium hotel.

I loved everything about the Sofitel experience. From walking into the property and it smelling like heaven to the courtesy of the concierge. The room was spotless and amenities were on par with high expectations. Breakfast had a nice variety of different foods and customer service was always at a high standard. This was a great experience overall and I will continue to utilize the Sofitel brand. I recommend this property all the way.

Friendly, helpful staff. Great varied breakfast- good having gluten free products. Lovely pool area with a wonderful view. Convenient location, close to 2 metro stations, amazing Chinese Temple and hawkers food arcade.

Bathroom was good - but I would have liked to have a small chair or stool to sit on. There wasn't a power point near the mirror, so had to blow-dry my hair in the hall.

we like the location, size of the room and facilities. Food in restaurant and variety was good with attention to my wife dietary restriction. Breakfast, also good selection of the food from local and western cuisine.

I have requested for one more night to be added to my earlier booking due to plane early morning arrival. The price I was charged was extremely high in comparison to my three nights booking, very unfair.

Great location, walking distance to main attractions and just a few steps from MRT. Our room was comfortable, equipped with all the things we needed. It was calm and silent, nothing disturbed us during sleep.

Check-in was not really smooth and welcoming. After our long flight, it was quite disappointing. Breakfast was pretty average, I missed broader selection of vegetables, fruits, cheese and meat platter.

Very neat clean with very friendly and helpful staff

New trend of sustainability is leading to hotels cutting costs. AC was too uncomfortable in the room. Despite setting the thermostat at 16 the temperature never went below 24. That’s too hot for comfort in temperate climate of Singapore. It was difficult to sleep as I would wake up in middle of night sweating.

Great location over an MRT Station and a comfortable bed and nice bathtub as well…enjoyed the coffee machine and the city view also

Breakfast and room rate were rather expensive…the air conditioning was somewhat erratic as we had to adjust it multiple times and it seemed either too cold or too hot hence only a 9.
