The location is perfect specially for Indians visiting Singapore and in particular with family. Metro is just a minute walk from the hotel. It is just opposite to the famous Mustafa Market and you can find lot of Indian restaurant within minute of walk. Staff at the hotel are very helpful !! The famous Sarvana Bhawan is just opposite to the hotel which adds to the food option. Although hotel food is also good.

Rooms are just ok. Not very spacious. You would not find water spray in washroom which is very generic in India so that might be an issue.

Staff are amazing especially Kamala who helped sort out a finance issue with booking.com in minutes and with so much enthusiasm.

Whilst the rooms are adequate for luggage storage (we had 4 big check in bags between us and it fitted comfortably), we did find the bed cumbersome to work with. Several of us hit our heads on the ornate structures which just seem excessive in most places and seem to take up more space.

Breakfast was great though it was not buffet but the menu had plenty of choices. Guests also have lounge access in the evening with free drinks and snacks which was a cherry on top! All my family members enjoyed. The location is right across Mustafa Centre and the Mosque so it was loved by my elderly parents. Also, the staff were very helpful with all the requests we made whether for food, transport and even extending the check-out time for my parents.

The rooms were a bit small but the kids enjoyed the big bunk beds so can't complain!

The staff here is amazing. We had Hammie and she was amazing. She was always very helpful! The hotel itself was good. The bed was also very comfortable.

The highlight of our stay was complimentary drinks and tapas in the evening. The staff were all superb both at the reception and restaurant downstairs. The room was comfortable, the beds were great. Location wise, it’s easy to get everywhere from the hotel with bus or train. We had a good time at this hotel.

The bunk bed was pushed right up against the tv so we couldn’t really watch it. The shower took a very long time to heat up

Location was great! On Serangoon Road, close to Mustafa Centre and other shops in Little India. Loved the colonial style decor and bathroom was small but wonderful! Loved the restaurant too and service by all staff was great!

The beds were double bunk beds which I think are great as a novelty for a short time but maybe not good if staying for longer than a couple of days. Also, we found that the rooms were a bit small and access to the windows was blocked by the bed so couldn't open them to let daylight in during the day. Also no real room to open more than one suitcase at a time, if needed.

The staff - Roy, Theva and Isaac at the restaurant- they were exceptional and attentive in service. The room cleaning staff too - they will constantly check to ask if everything is fine and so on

If I had to pick - too small a room

The staff, especially Prava and Kamala, were excellent and very supportive. We received early check-in without extra charge. The location is fantastic, with Bangladeshi food, shopping centers, and Farrer Park station just a minute’s walk away. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Singapore near Mustafa Centre.

The King bunk bed, interior deco from aisle lobby til the hotel room 365 interior design n restaurant, ladies n gents, coffee machine, head to toe bathrobe. David, bartender staff had shown skills at the lounge. All staffs are very polite and highly courteous

We would have greatly appreciate to be givenn 8th or 7th floor considering we are suites n able to see some outdoor fireworks view from the hotel room

The room was so pretty and the bed was comfy We looooveeddd the afternoon food and drinks. Everything we ate was fantastic and the service was great ! It was close to a metro and in a lovely area, where we could walk to all the shop and restaurants in a few minutes

The shower was difficult to regulate, it should be thermostatic
