Fantastic location in the heart of the city - close to absolutely everything - various cafes and restaurants, attractions, incl Tampa. Easy access from the train station (about 30-40 minutes walk to explore the neighborhoods outside the Old Town). Historic building, spacious room with the amazing view. Easy and fast communication with host.

Location of the property was perfect and the owner gave amazing instructions on how to find the property, we were able to access the room early which is really helpful and communication with the owner was just right!

The fridge in the room was noisy, which is probably why it was unplugged when I arrived. I had it plugged in during the day when I was out to keep food cool but unplugged it at night due to the noise but this would not stop me from staying again as the stay was perfect. Would happily stay again. Maybe the fridge just needs replacing.

We had an amazing stay! Ultracentral location, lovely views to Piata Sfatului, the most famous Plaza in Brasov! The studio is wonderful, huge, very cozy and warm! Supermarkets, caffes and restaurants are at your doorstep! We enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you!

The place is wonderful,clean,large as space,wonderful decorated. It has a common kitchen where you can prepare tea,coffee,food.It has fridge in the kitchen and bar- fridge in the room.Nice TV. The heating system was working very well. The position is excellent,I could have seen all New Year Party from my window but beeing exactly in the Piata Sfatului,it was easy to go down and participate. It is near bus station and near all important museums the Black Church etc.The manager,Mr.Marius is extremely polite and helpful! I have been staying in many hotels all over the world but this place left a special impression in my heart! I will always stay in this place anytime I will visit Brasov!

There was nothing not to like!

The location is perfect. It was clean and comfortable. The communication with the owner was great. We checked in before the recommended checkin time.

There were not enough consumables (toilet paper, garbage bags) and a limited number of utensils or cutlery. The apartment downstairs was pretty dark and not very quiet because there were restaurants kitchens next to it.

The location is excellent and just as expected. The apartment is very large. The host proactively communicated about check in.

The wifi does not work unless you are right in front of the router. I couldn't get wifi in the bedroom at all. I didn't complain because I wasn't in the room that much, but it definitely does not work throughout the entire room like the listing says. The amenities listed (such as shampoo and soap) are very minimal.

The property is located in the town square, which is very convenient but quiet. The room is very spacious. The contact person, Monica, was very responsive and helpful. She took good care of her customer's needs.

Great location in the middle of Piata Sfatului, surrounded by restaurants and the nearby high street as well as popular tourist spots. Close to a major bus stop with many bus links leading all around the city, making it easy to travel around. Room was lovely and spacious with a nice bath. Although it was in the middle of a popular area the windows and walls had good soundproofing for the late night parties happening outside. Friendly host with good suggestions and tips for good restaurants and places to visit.

Bedsheets were already stained on the bed, albeit the stains looked like they were old and not recent, having undergone a wash.

The location is great and the apartment is excellent for a relaxant holiday.

I didn't have anything to mention on this point.

Location was good, the room was big and comfortable, clean and warm. Fridge was clean and roomy.

Kitchen wasn't well equipped, only a microwave and tea coffee making equipment. No cutting board, bread knife or any other cooking stuff. Shower had a very high step in and no hand rail.
