Mihai the manager was extremely helpful with everything from helping us check in to suggesting restaurants. He and the rest of the staff really made us feel welcome. The hotel is in a beautifully restored historic building on a quiet corner just a block from the Piata Sfatului. The room was large, comfortable, well-heated and well-equipped. The self-serve breakfast was excellent, with good variety and quality. We can't wait to go back!

In general, I am not a fan of self check-in. I much prefer to interact with hotel staff, and a good check-in sets the stay off on the right foot. Fortunately Mihai was there to help us with finding our parking space and he checked us in and got us oriented. We are so glad we met Mihai as he was very helpful with restaurant and activity recommendations. If we had not had trouble finding the parking space, we might not have met Mihai until check-out, which would have been a real shame.

The proximity to the city center, the fact that they offer parking (charged of purse), but in Brasov's city centre you definitely need it. The room is very spacious, with a lobby and an overall large room and bathroom. It was clean and you could see it was well maintained throughout the years. The staff was accommodating, offering clear directions when needed and had a respectful approach. We definitely recommend the restaurant Cucinino, which is theirs I think... Delicious and well made pizza and friendly staff...great location for a night out, kid friendly also

We chose the hotel because of its location - right in the old city centre and close to the best attractions. The reception guy is very nice and professional. The price also included breakfast which is simple but good quality. We were also offered a small size wine bottle at check-in as it was one's birthday, which was a nice gesture.

Although the suite is comfy and sizeable, it was slightly dusty. The bathroom seemed also cleaned hastily but it was good enough for one day.

Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel, in the heart of Braşov, that not only was it spotless clean, but it also had the most welcoming and helpful reception staff! We booked 2 rooms , one was a suite and a regular room for 6 persons. The normal room’s aircon was not functioning well and the hotel went above and beyond to help make our stay comfortable! That kind of hospitality sets the mood for a great trip ! I would definitely go back if I have the chance

The location's great, very centric and close to the street, easy to get from the train station by a rideshare. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Large and clean rooms, with nice and authentic decor. Great breakfast buffet.

There was no air conditioning (there was a thermostat but it did nothing), so it was warm in the room and opening windows meant noise from the street, at least while there's still people in the restaurant downstairs. Wasn't bad, but could have been better.

We loved everything about the property. The location literally could not have been better. We were yards away from restaurants, bars and the square. Brasov should be a tourist delight, the mountains surrounding it and our room had a gorgeous view from the window. Streets are spotless and hiking and walking are easily available. Our breakfast was included in the restaurant directly connected to the hotel. It was downstairs but brightly lit with brick and stone with hot food as well as local sweets and fruit/yogurt. Norbert was running the morning breakfast for the hotel and organizing. Every morning he made time to talk to us and gave us information, answered our questions and helped make our mornings even more enjoyable. We hated to leave and the beauty of the facility and city will be missed.

What a great hotel! The hotel was in a great location. It was very well renovated. The rooms were huge and gorgeous. The bed was very comfortable and the comforter was soft and warm. The bathroom was beautiful and clean. Breakfast was delicious! The host was lovely and friendly.

It was not a surprise, but the hotel had no parking. We found street parking easily but if it’s very important to have your car nearby this might not be the best hotel for you. Similarly, the stairs could be difficult to navigate for someone with mobility issues.

Good breakfast. Excellent location. Spacious room. Walk-in shower. Great view of the mountain and the town square. Plenty of depositing spaces. Very comfortable bed. Lovely flowers at the windows. Nicely painted furniture. Romantic atmosphere.

The fridge didn't work properly. It was rather warm than cold.

Perfect location, very nice, clean and comfortable room, very pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfast was decent; a little bit of everything, served fresh and tasty. If you come with a car, it would be wise to book a parking spot beforehand.

No elevator at the facility; could be a little challenging to bring your luggage up to your room, if you have a large suitcase. Probably needs more staff. The receptionist does everything; check-in/out guests, help with luggage, help with parking, help with breakfast.

I enjoyed very much my staying at HOTEL BOUTIQUE CASA CHITIC -HOTEL AND RESTAURANT Str Johann Gott nr7. The room was very big and sparkling clean. From the room there was a view over the Brasov streets. The host was very nice and eager to help. The breakfast was diverse and delicious. For sure I will come back to stay in this magnificent hotel.
