The location was nice. The hotel itself had that sweet, comfortable and homely vibe. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. New sheets and towels every day. The breakfast was simple but delicious and the staff was always very nice. The restaurant has a good variety of tasty food. They met all my expectations for the price I was paying and if I come to Bucharest again, I will probably stay there.

The room was slightly stuffy when I got there, but once I opened the windows and aired it out it was fine. The wi-fi was very slow and often breaks. The carpets could use some refurbishing, but overall it was charming.

The restaurant Il Cantuccio is amazingly good! Right across from the Carol Park. Rooms are stylish and the beds are comfortable.

There was a problem with heating. No functional batteries for remote control for either TV nor AC. Rooms were cold at night and very noisy because of the tram railway and thin walls. Bathroom shower was broken and had a foul smell. There Is need for some repairing. Breakfast was okay but I would recommend adding fresh fruit and tea options to the buffet.

We used this location for an overnight because its proximity (5-10 minutes walking distance) to the Arenele Romane, and it fit the bill decently. The room was a bit small but clean and had everything we needed. The personnel was also accommodating and helpful, and in the morning the breakfast was good, with a bit of everything (buffet).

One needs to set their expectations right: in my opinion this is in no way a 4-star hotel; it is however a cozy, warm, boutique-style accommodation.

It was a lovely stay , the room was hot ,clean and cozy and was always having hot water. Although it was extremely hot during the night and the bed wasn't very comfortable for both me and my partner, rather than that the location is convenient , quiet but not very far from the old town too. Was also a restaurant serving loving food and the breakfast was fair enough. We loved our stay

The Ambience, cosy and warm feeling like cottage house style. Breakfast is adequate. Near bus station Filaret and tram stop (3 min walk). We checked in late at 12 midnite. Front door was locked but lucky there were a couple just dining outside the rest area and they had keys to main door which comes with the room. There is no ticket vending machine at tram stop. Can use credit card to tap on tram to reach city center Piata Uniril 1.

Staircase a bit winding to upstairs making it difficult to carry mid size luggage up. Tap water had a slimey feel and washing it off takes a bit of time or rather daunting task for me. Could have been the pipes since the taps are all brass like cottage look. Floors and bed creaks each time we move around. Power socket on bedside difficult to reach. Bath towels were very small like size of a hand towel. Lots of aesthetics in room but may not serve the purpose. Room wardrobe is smaller than average.

I really enjoyed the cosy atmosphere we had, and the fact that the staff was always willing to assist us with any question or request we had. The food, at the restaurant, was delicious and the portions were great. Good option to choose if you are looking for a quiet location. It is ten minutes away from the city center by car and in a very nice area. Thank you to Valentin for taking that extra step every time we needed assistance!

The staff was very polite. The room was clean. Food was tasty.

It would have been nice if there was a kettle and a fridge in the room. There was a slight problem with closing the bathroom door.

The location was amazing giving access to a wide range of transport links. Melani who cared for the room, was brilliant, and always carried a smile. Breakfast was very good. It was a help yourself continental, with plenty of choice..

Unfortunately the first night, we were going to be charged for a beer we did not have, which was quickly refunded, when we pointed it out.

The hotel had a great location in a quiet area of Bucharest, with good connections to the historical part of the city center. The guest room was small, but was practically furnished with a personal touch that helped create a homely atmosphere. The mattresses were hard and the beds creaked a bit, but this did not cause any problems for us. The cleanliness was great. The staff were, with a few exceptions, pleasant and helpful.

Breakfast was served as a buffet with both cold and hot dishes. However, the buffet was not replenished and there were some empty serving platters.

Great location, really good food and welcome provided by Doamna Ioana made us feel at home.

The rooms could be a bit larger, but it’s an older building and you work with what you have, beds comfortable and we slept well.
