The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the city's attractions. I could easily walk to many historical sites and charming cafes. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They were always happy to answer my questions and offer recommendations. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated having air conditioning during the hot summer day

Room quality although it was an economy room, it was fitted out like a regular room.

I asked about the possibility of an early check-in. The room was already available early morning but the requested additional fee for early check-in was way too much. Would have been nice for them to offer it since it was ready or at least charge something more symbolic. I basically got the exact same room, a few hours later. * A bit of a stale smell when entering the room. It was an attic room, so partly understandable but maybe some venting before guest arrival.

I liked the location, size of the room and the design. The staff was friendly overall!

I didn't like that i stayed at the 3 rd floor (last floor) and i couldn't open the windows that were on the roof, the smell in the room was weird, no fresh air. In the same time was too much light in the room, at 6 am i couldn't sleep anymore. There was impossible to put down the curtains with this long stick that was near the bed. They need also to change the mattress because was old and uncomfortable. At 8 am staff was making noise and vacuum the floor, but at 11:00 am when i was carrying my big luggage on the stairs down (since there is no elevator), the manager said to make less noise since might be people sleeping in the building. Weird but anyways, i did't say anything.

The location of the hotel is very good, right in the city center. Feels safe, at night you have to enter a code at the front door to enter the hotel. The room looks nice and it's warm and cozy, with enough space for your bags and clothes. Breakfast was ok.

We stayed in room 203, and there was a bad smell in the room, like wet cloth. The shower cabin is not well insulated, the water flows on the bathroom floor when you take a shower. There was a bit noisy outside at night, but that was somewhat expected since it's right in the city ceter, surrounded by pubs (and it was during the weekend).

The location is amazing! right in the heart of the city! And as a bonus, is in a quiet spot, even though is so central. So you can rest very well. The beds are comfy. The staff is nice.

The breakfast needs a little bit more variety or better said a switch of products on different days because if you stay there for 3 nights is bizarre to eat exactly the same food for 3 days in a row... Also, the water pressure at the 2nd floor was on-off.... if you are a girl and need to wash your hair it will take you ages. Other than that, all good.

The location is very good. Very clean hotel even provide slippers which not many 3 star hotels so. The staff are very friendly and eager to help. The guy at at the reception even helped me to carry my bags up the stairs. Perfect for a short stay . Not very far from the bus station and about 25 mins drive from the airport . It's very close to the Christmas market so we enjoyed that too. Breakfast was good.

Clean room, near the city center, good breakfast, the room had good heating and AC; Huge TV and nice furniture; The staff was very helpful and friendly;

The deluxe room 202 that i stayed had an issue with one of the windows, it would not close properly and because of this i was able to hear everything from outside (most annoying: between 12:00 AM and 1:30 AM the garbage truck would collect the trash, making a lot of noise during the night, right in front of the hotel)

The rooms were clean and had everything you needed. I loved that they have plugs in the bathrooms for the hair accessories. The bed was super comfy, the location was super quiet even though it's basically in the heart of the city center.

The breakfast could use some variety. If you're staying more than 2 nights, like in our case, you don't feel like eating the same thing every day.... My shower was lacking water pressure, but other than that, everything ok.

location couldn’t be bettered. the staff were brilliant. the breakfast for a hotel of this size was very good. reasonable price. can’t fault the staff.

it didn’t have a safety deposit box as per the description but they sorted that for us. so no problems there. the staff were brilliant about it. the mattress wasn’t great but with use of a cushion worked ok. no lift on the third floor. but in the old town (get over it) Cluj is superb

A perfect location, right in the historical center. Nice staff, nice rooms, a simple breakfast.

Could be a little bit noisy in the night because of a bar near by. So if you are really sensitive to noise maybe check if there are quiet rooms. But wasn’t too bad (only on Friday).
