We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The balcony (east-facing) offered a good view that was perfect for the morning coffee and relaxing in the evenings. The room itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is incredibly convenient. It's just a 5-minute walk to the bus stop, which made it easy to explore the area without any hassle. Additionally, the Mall is only a 10-minute walk away, providing great shopping and dining options nearby.

One night, we could hear noise from the neighboring room until late in the evening.

Location was very nice. Quiet area.

It would had been nice to have some desks in the rooms.

Urbio Private Suites was exactly as expected. The room was clean, spacious enough and modern. The shower is an interesting feature of the room, but, if you do not like to be seen showering, there is a privacy curtain that you can pull.

There was nothing that I did not like. The building has some parking lots in front, accessible from the street, and some parking spots in the back garden, behind the building. The parking spots behind the building are OK, but they can be a little difficult to get to, especially with a longer vehicle.

It is the second time we are staying here; it is now our go-to place when we travel to Cluj. The apartments look really nice, you have everything you need and bonus coffee/tea (was not there the first time we stayed). The room is quite clean, and I love the fact that it is so close to Iulius Mall, all Glovo orders arrive in 20-30 min. Good value for the price.

The cleaning lady is really punctual. At 10:50, time of our check-out being 11:00 (and i do find it a little bit early for check-out, btw), she knocked at the door to ask at what time we're planning to leave. She was not the nicest person alive.

It was clean, everything new, quality stuff, the shower in the room was an amazing experience.

1) we would have liked to have an iron in the room, there was an iron in the laundry room downstairs but it was for the whole building(like 5-7 apartments) so everytime we had to go get it and then put it back. i dont think it would be much to ask for every apartment to have it's own iron. 2) also the bathroom could use a small cabinet or even a small table so you can put all your toilet paper and wet wipes on it, we were keeping the toilet paper and wet wipes on the ground and the towel always on the wall heater( its good to put it there to dry but not always keep it there) we loved the place and will definitely come again but, for us, these 2 things were the difference between very good and perfect

Super nice flat for up to 4 persons. Very clean and good parking. A bit far from the center but very easy access by Uber or Bolt. The 2 interactive TVs in the room were a really nice addition as it’s nice to watch something after a full day is touring the city.

Check out is at 11 and not flexible without paying a fee. A bit of some noise from outside when leaving the windows open (dogs barking) but other than that it was a great stat.

We liked the comfort of the room, it was big and clean. It was within walking distance of a supermarket, bus stops, the mall & more.. The staff was nice and available for any problem and question when we needed

the shower. We stayed in the apartment for 4 days and every day we showered, in the middle of the shower the water became icy even though there was plenty of hot water, and each time we had to turn it off and wait a few minutes and then turn it on again. There was no heating in the shower room so there was no way to warm up in the cold water. The lighting in the apartment is very dark

Clean room with a balcony and everything else we needed, plus a nice, welcoming host. The pool and restaurant area will soon be open year-round. There are supermarkets and drugstores in the vicinity.

For us, it was not a problem, but please keep in mind that some of the rooms have the shower cabin inside the room, not in the bathroom area.

Very clean and pretty appartement, quick responsive host and very friendly. Bed is very comfortable and big tv. Kitchen is not entirely complete and no washing machine, however all other amenities are available. Would recommend for short stay in Cluj! Short bus or taxi trip to city centre.

Advertisement is a bit misleading as extra charges apply for using the pool, also make sure you check the availability. Also pool is not big enough for exercise.

Nice location, good room with useful accessories (cutlery, glassware, little stove - well equipped kitchen). I enjoyed having at my disposal the parking lot for my car.

The bathroom for this particular room was too small and I didn’t appreciate the fact that there was no clear separation between the shower and toilet (no cabin or glass panel for the shower). So whenever one might take a shower, the entire bathroom would be soaked.
