The staff was very helpful and responsive. The coffee machine didn’t work and they sent us a replacement right away , even though it was outside their working hours. There is a grocery shop right downstairs in the same building. And other groceries shops nearby.

AC was only in the living room. It can get hot during the summer in the other rooms. Especially if for privacy reasons you want to keep the door closed. Keeping the windows opened helped with the heat but there is noise from the nearby road if you do so. We also didn’t like the textile of the bedsheets. They are making noise when shifting from side to side.

Very clean, organized. Extra sheets for the couch. Has air con. Warm welcome from the stuff, with extra still water and sweets from the house. Modern location with digital locks, no need to carry key with you. I also could freely park the car in underground parking. Each room has its own TV. Very close to center. Bathroom smelled really nice. Extra travel toothpaste and brush from the house.

It would have been good to have sound proof windows and blackout curtins.

The apartment was very spacious, nicely decorated, with everything you need inside. The rooms and beds were very spacious. It is a bit far from city center but we were particularly interested in this location.

There is some construction near the building and it was rather noisy during the day despite that it was a Saturday. The parking is rather small so if you drive an SUV or a larger car it might be difficult to find a usable space.

The appartment was very cosy and clean, with AC and central heating. Bed was very comfy and parking and self check in were very easy to access. Water and some sweets upon arrival were also a nice thing. Everything was very clean, and the area is also very close to many stores, pharmacies, including a Mega Image right at the bottom of the building and many other. Communication with the owners was very easy too. Recommended!

Easy check in and check out process, the apartment is pretty big, clean and it comes with everything you need no matter how long is your stay. The underground parking space was a huge plus for us, it’s close to the city center and also the bus station is right across the street.

Not related to the property, the upstairs neighbours seemed like they had a pleasure in moving chairs and furniture across the wooden floors.

Clean, modern, groceries store just next door. Friendly staff.

A recommendation : introduce a two-step verification type access into the building /apartment. Just one 4-digit code seems not enough to me. Also, I do not recall to have seen any charging stations for electric cars.. We are in 2023 guys.. (my apologies if there were, and I was not sharp enough to see them).

The place was clean and had all we needed for a 5 days stay. The underground parking was good since there were sunny days; it prevented the car from overheating inside.

The check-in information was provided with delay and upon multiple requests through messages. We got the access code only after calling the contact number once we arrived at the location.

Great location, closed parking space, tastefully furbished and decorated apartment (with very chic rose colours), cosy bed, helpful staff, cleanliness

The gas boiler was a bit loud (but could not hear it from the bedroom) and there was a somewhat strange smell in the bathroom, perhaps the odor barrier can be slightly adjusted. But nothing major, otherwise perfect place!

Very clean modern apartments close to nearby faculties.

Sound proofing between apartments is not the best. The wizzair flights taking off and landing over the city need to be banned asap.
