Our host was exceptional and couldn't do enough for us, this is always a good sign. The host went above and beyond to help us and answer any questions we had. The suite was large, well fitted out and the bedroom was particularly lovely. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. It was great to have a separate living space with a sofa, chair, etc. The small town of Sighisora is beautiful and we instantly fell in love with it. The suite is only a short walk from the town square and all the major sites. Thank you so much for making our stay so special. We'll be back.

We loved everything about our stay here. It would have been nice to have had the use of a toaster for breakfast and maybe a microwave to warm up all the excess food we had leftover from ordering too much food at dinner, but other than that, La Teo Pensiune si Pivnita is fantastic and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay with a host who genuinely cares about their guests.

Honestly this is a great place to stay. The location is just steps away from the center of the citadel. It is very clean and well maintained. The owner went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommended it. There was plenty of parking at the base of the hill. We carried our luggage up by hand but one could drive up to the property, drop off and then drive back down. The authentic decor and the warm atmosphere is something my family really enjoyed. If we ever come back we’ll stay here again. I’d like to thank the owner for a great stay.

We travelled Romania for 3 weeks this time and this was our favourite place we stayed. We loved the central location, but it was still quiet and the courtyard was absolutely beautiful. The room/bathroom were impeccably clean and the bed/bedding were very comfortable. The air conditioning in the room was such a treat! The outdoor self serve coffee/tea/fridge area was amazing! We had the pleasure of meeting Teo and tasting some of his world famous Palinca. Such an amazing experience! Thank you!

There is nothing not to like here!

Teo took in a couple of tired, sticky and sun beaten cyclists and gave us a wonderful couple of days of luxury to recharge ourselves for the next leg of our trip. Very central to the old town ,right in the heart of it actually, but just far enough away from the main hustle and bustle to keep it quiet. The room was airy and bright and very comfortable. Teo the host seemed to always be on hand to help us with any enquiry or recommendation we might be looking for. Also make sure to visit the cellar and have a tasting of thier excellent selection of liquers.

spotless and comfortable rooms, rooms include everything you need such as water, slippers, ear sticks etc., historic building with a beautiful cellar, great homemade wines, great location, friendly staff, coffee and snack treats. we definitely would choose here again.

I cannot say enough good things about Teo's! Absolutely everything was perfect. The room was perfectly designed to feel like a ritzy, but typical Romanian room. The bathroom was top notch! The shower was the best shower I experienced during my whole month traveling in Romania. The sheets were crisply white, the pillows perfect, and the bed overall just like a cloud. The location is the best you could ask for in Sigishoara. It's a two minute walk to the clock tower and a 1 minute walk to the entrance to the covered staircase. My only regret about staying here is that I wasn't able to stay longer. I could have easily spent a week just relaxing in my room.

Our host was wonderful and welcoming. He met us at the door and helped us manage the luggage, and parking outside the citadel. But he did much more. Just before midnight on New Year's Eve, he showed us the best place to watch the fireworks!

From the beautiful rooms, the perfect location and the warm reception by Teo the owner, we couldn't have asked for more from our stay in Sighișoara. This was such a great stay and I would recommend this to everyone. Be sure to ask Teo about his award winning Palinca and spend time in his tasting room. We loved everything about our stay

The location is ideal for exploring the old town. It is very peaceful and quiet, even though it is right next to the main square. The decor is lovely and the owner is extremely welcoming. The bathrooms are updated and modern while the bedrooms and entry maintain a traditional charm.

I cannot fault it. It was perfect.
