The room was very tidy, amenities were excelent, beds very comfortable, breakfast exceptional. Really nothing to complain here. Had they thought the furniture to cater also the clients on a business trip, I would have given them a 10/10 rating. See below.

I had a Queen size room. If you need to use a laptop and do some work, then this is not the place to stay. The "desk" is a piece of MDF structure stuck to the wall, barely deep enough to fit a laptop (24 cm) and the TV is placed directly on top of the desk. As I am quite tall (187cm), I was hitting my head against the TV so it was impossible to work in the room. Even without the TV issue, the position you would work on that "desk" is utterly uncomfortable due to the lack of space on the desk as well insufficient legroom. Apparently nobody thought that through when they chose the room furniture. Would only book them if not on a business trip.

Clean room, the hotel is new. Great breakfast.

The temperature in all the rooms are set at 22 celsius. You have the option to increase it but is not working. Instead you can ask the reception to stop it completely and that was ok for us.

Brand new hotel, close to the train station. Friendly staff. Perfect breakfast with pálinka :) and self service waffel machine. Nice gym.

Almost everything. Clean and well designed rooms and bathrooms, nice overall design of the hotel, really nice staff.

The breakfast food was cold and quite tasteless.

Staff friendly and happy to help. The room was very clean, modern and beautiful. The bed was comfortable and large. Breakfast buffet was very good with such a wide variety. I think is great value for money even it's a bit far to downtown.

Really nice room size and everything is clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and willing to help you. Can't say anything about the breakfast because I didn't had the time to take it, but the space where it's being served looks very good and pleasent.

In the fitness room, it would be usefull to also have some rubber bands and some kettlebells. Also it's nice to have the jumping boxes, but the ceiling is kind of low, so it might be kind of hard to use those if you are a little bit taller. :) Also the light in the bathroom is incredibly bright. It would have been nice to have the option to switch them independintly (the one from the mirror vs the ones from the ceiling). But this is just to be picky, and are not really big or problematic issues.

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable, with a good size bathroom and big nice shower. The hotel seems to be new and I liked overall the design, modern with a touch of cozy. We were happy we found a parking space in front of the hotel. Even if the hotel has the train tracks in its backyard, the area seemed quiet and safe, the rooms are soundproof and we had a good rest.

The location of the hotel is not great, being near the train station and next to some warehouses. To get there, we had to go trough some narrow streets in a residential area, wondering if we are on the right way. We arrived late in the evening and it seemd that we surprised the receptionist, who was polite and friendly but a bit junior and not very well prepared for this job. The breakfast was ok, but not having much variety. We went late to get breakfast and there was not much left - that is usually not a problem, but the food left was dry and not very fresh. I was expecting more for the breakfast in a 4* hotel. Slippers in the room would have been nice.

Everything seems new in the hotel, with a pleasant design and a great deal of amenities. The staff was very friendly and highly responsive. The room was very clean and was equipped with everything you could expect (minus slippers, but that isn't really an issue), with a particular mention for the shower which we found very nice and relaxing. Breakfast was fine for us and we really enjoyed the availability of a waffle machine, which was a nice touch.

The location is the only thing stopping me from awarding a perfect 10, but it really isn't that bad, just a bit far from downtown seeing as Tirgu Mures isn't that large of a city.

A grade of 10 is too low for this hotel. The communication with the hotel before the arrival was very good. The atmosphere is great and the staff are super friendly and making an effort to help. The modern design that is kept very clean, and the breakfast.. this is phenomenal! . I loved every bit of our stay and I wish I could stay more in this hotel

Everything was great

It's a fairly new building, so everything works properly, the rooms were very clean and well equipped. There's a very good restaurant right next to the hotel, we had dinner there. Breakfast was delicious, check-in/check-out went smoothly and the hotel staff is kind and helpful.

The location is not best. It's a bir further away from the city center and surrounded by the railway behind the hotel and some warehouse in the front. I was worried about the room being too noisy due to the trains, but that wasn't a problem at all, you can barely hear them with the window closed.
