My stay at the hotel was overall a wonderful experience. The hotel is clean and well-organized, with comfortable and spacious rooms equipped with all the essential amenities. What I particularly liked was its prime location, which offers easy access to tourist attractions and local facilities. What truly enhanced my stay was the staff's service, especially the staff at the reception. They were always smiling and extremely helpful. They went the extra mile to accommodate my requests and offered great advice on places to visit in the city, adding a personal touch to the service. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay and excellent customer service.

Tasty food, very friendly staff, Special thanks to the Front office team, Ms. Samah was so helpful & professional, she did check in for me and my colleague at 10 am and the rooms were ready, the breakfast was so tasty and there’s a variety of different dishes, I really enjoyed it was only one day but I think it was a great , I didn’t notice that there’s any thing was missing in my room everything was there , water, bath supplies, slippers, the room was very clean , it was really perfect.

They don’t have limousine service & There is no concierge to help you out getting a taxi

worst night sleep due to next room creating terrible noise after midnight till 2:00 AM. Reception was not available for 25 minutes to receive my call. guests were checked in around mid night and needed extra mattresses (4 in one small room) was the main reason behind the excessive and persistence banging on the walls and loud noise from 11:30 till after 2:00 AM. Parking was also very cumbersome and the person who manned the electric gate was not available most of the time.

I am a frequent business traveler and have been to many hotels around the world. I have never seen a better customer service than at this hotel. I would like to name the lady at the reception Ayat as the Best Ever Customer Care Provider. she is a Saudi young lady that has a passion to help and serve customers. She goes out of her way to assist and support. I had a package to send by courier. I left with her and she sent it with driver to the courier company. We asked for few other things at the hotel and she was always the reference point to make it happen. Ayat is an excellent example of Best Practice. I met the hotel manager also Ali Al Agnam who was outside his office to talk to customers. Although the location of the hotel was not to our choice, but the facilities, staff, service are all EXCELLENT

The location may be best for those attending a conference at the hotel or for business meetings at the business park. However, for general visitors and tourists, the location is bad.

Everything about the room and the facility is great. Hopefully next month the hot water will be available.

They let me choose if Ill stay for more days or only for 1 night, because the hot shower is not available.

This is my second stay in two months at Novotel Dammam. I love the fact that they renovated the hotel, the rooms are really nice. I am writing this review specifically to thank the reception staff. They were so helpful and nice and accommodating.

I had an amazing stay, and the service provided by the receptionist was exceptional. She answered all my questions with patience and professionalism, making me feel truly welcome. Thank you for such a great experience!

Lobby was amazing, and the room was clean

the coffee in the rooms was not the best coffee, and also the food in the restaurant doesn't have too many options and the price is very high compared to the location and other hotels in Saudi prices

The worm welcome and support give by reception people specifically by Mr. Abdulaziz was appreciative.

The were not provided with dental kits one has to call and request for them it wasted crucial time in morning hours when people had to head for meetings.

The main issue is there is nothing in walking distance. There is only a Starbucks next to the Hotel.
