Only 2 comments, 1. At swimming pool area there should be proper exhaust fans as it was too hot inside area, also mainly need to add drier for the clothes after swimming to dry the swimming clothes once done, similar ones at GYM and many hotels have it .. 2. At room there was a washing machine, however there was no clothes hangers to get the clothes dry after wash ..

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very nice, as was the food. We were given an upgrade and the room was large and very nice, very nice surprise. The entrance area and atrium are very impressive.

Coffee making facility and kettle have only one plugpoint, meaning that the plugs need to be changed each time an appliance is used. Curtains and blackout blinds were closed and not fixed properly at the top. The blackout blind came off when pulled. Car parking directions need improving. Entrance drop-off is closed due to construction.

Suite arrangement. Hotel organization and ease of communication.

Room was not so clean, I found fries piece on the carpet under the table. Cleaning services are not he best. The washbasins counter had the towel hanger fixed in front of the sink which makes it uncomfortable to wash because of the additional increase of depth. Jacuzzi pressure was low.

We thoroughly enjoyed the excellent service at the hotel, and the breakfast offered a delightful variety of delicious options. The spacious rooms with large beds added to the overall positive experience.

The room overlooked the less appealing side of the hotel, with a view of another building and some visible trash below.

It’s clean and the location was perfect , the smell was good , i like the place and i feel like home

The housekeeper when they come to clean the suite there work was not good they use a bad smell mop for the floor and they don’t put tissue in bathrooms ( there work was not good ) And the food in the hotel was expensive

Location is great. Late afternoon Arabic coffee gesture is great. Good variety on breakfast but after 4 days it becomes repetitive. SPA facility and gym are nice. I wish I used it more.

Room natural lighting was rather poor.

The staff members of the hotel are professional and welcome you all the time. I would like to thank Mr. Alajami, he upgraded my room for free as a gift for being the first time at Voco. The main restaurant is very good also. The hotel is located at active area, there is a mall next to the hotel. The hotel is very clean and you feel that you are at home.

The parking ceiling is low and you need to be careful. The hotel has no view, just surrounded by buildings.

The staff was extremely courteous especially at reception. House keeping always ready to help. Rooms/apartment spacious, simple but elegant interior with all basic amenities. Buffet breakfast has good variety and quite well managed. Basement parking, swimming pool and spa adds to the facility. Great location Close to restaurants and corniche with Flamingo mall just next to hotel.

Children's play area was closed. Once open will make it a perfect family hotel. No views from windows. The enterance to parking could be improved

The reason I have given this hotel a 10 is because whatever you need they are there. Super helpful and super friendly. No hotel can completely read your mind, so as long as the hotel is there to assist you in everything you need that is a 10. The beds are super comfortable and the bathrooms very nice, you also get plenty of free water and good free wifi. No beauty treatments right now but they are coming shortly. The 1 thing i really needed was a maini pedi, but all good for now and I did my own nails whilst lying in a huge cloud of a bed, so no problems there. The chef this am came up to me and said at the huge breakfast buffet if there is something else you would like I can make it for you!

I like the welcoming of the staff. The room was big and plenty of room is there I took the one bed room suite with Jacuzzi. The room is clean Room service is fast and great Breakfast buffet is great and big variety of food
