The location is Perfect, right in front of the mosque. the living rooms views a panorama of the Al Masjid Al Nabawy. The hotel is surrounded by all facilities need ( hospital, supermarkets, gift shops) . the rooms were very clean and spacious, the staff were tremendously friendly and decent. Their response was prompt for any request. The receptionist, Mr. Hany was really decent, along with the laundry service gentleman, the chiefs and waiters. Generally, the service was very comfortable.

We arrived little early about 3pm and we were allocated the room without any wait. In fact our room was upgraded. Staff was friendly and they helped with everything. Suggestion - if you need to dial at reception from hotel room then it is "zero" but on the phone itself there is a designated button for reception which does not work so please sort it out so client won't have any confusion. Would love to boom again.

The location is extremely well! Very short walking distance to Haram women's musala which only took a few minutes to walk to at time of prayer. The morning staff, especially DANAH and Helal are extremely pleasant, friendly helpful and customer service oriented. The breakfast open buffet menu is excellent, variable menu everyday, quantity are good, they fill up empty container promptly and are always around for inquiries or to help the guests. Thank you.

The only negative thing is that there are no wifi in the rooms, so fro me coming from Canada with different time zones, I had to go down to the lobby which was always crowded to have access to the wifi. Hopefully, this will improve for the next time of my stay.

The hotel location is 500 mts approx fro. GATE NO 320.The reception staff was very professional/ helpful and dedicated to their job. The rooms were cleaned and all towels ..bedsheets and quilt was in very good state. We have been allowed to stay couple of hours before actual time of check-in as the rooms were cleaned and available . The breakfast was very tasty . Quantity and quality of food is good. The cleaning staff and house attended were available on one call and treat us with good gesture. Ac was running fine and water pressure was also good. Overall i can say the hotel has very good impression on us and Inshaallah when we comes next time will definitely plan to stay in tge same property. We can get some small shops near the hotel for eating etc...All big restaurants are behind crossing the bridge...

Very welcoming & Excellent location very close to Al Masjid an Nabawi . There were ten of us travelling this time around, I did send an email before saying we might turn up a bit earlier then checking time, I got an reply back from Mr Eassan, i think his name was saying they will try their very best to accommodate our need, so we ended up arriving Four hours early then our checking time. Everyone in the reception were very welcoming and attentive specially the lady in the reception and a young chap named Ahmed, also there was a another gentleman named Siddikur there were very helpful. They immediately accommodate us with three massive room right next to each other. They have very good selections of breakfasts which we enjoyed every morning. Cleanliness, I would give 10/10, Young man named Imran Hussain kept our rooms clean and tidy every day. Overall 10/10. Just wanted to thank everyone at Emaar Al Mektan. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The Hotel was amazing , hospitality and staff were just great. Starting from the reception, the manager and duty manager were very nice and always ensured we had a nice stay and the best available room with a nice view. Abd Elkadar from the restaurant was very welcoming and helpful. Naeem from the housekeeping always made sure we had everything and ensured the room is always clean on time. At Last the floor manager of the house keeping was also very nice and helpful. Scents at the reception are beyond amazing. Amazing Team, Amazing Hotel, Thank you for the nice experience.

Location was pretty easy to reach. We arrive to Al-Madinah by Haramein High Speed Train, and from there we had a taxi to the hotels location, it's no too far only 10 minutes away from the station yet around 25 minutes from the hotel to the station because it's a different route. Good to mention there are public bus transportation near to the hotel, but that I never used as I found the taxi more convenient with the high temperature over there. Words cannot describe how friendly, smiley, welcoming, and warm the staff were. We arrived a couple of hours earlier to check-in time but we still were allowed to check-in early without prior request from our end. Everything was spotless clean, shiny, and smelled oud-amazing, from the reception all the way up to the room. We had a double room with two single beds, overseeing Al-Masjid Annabawi, the room was spacious, there were plenty of space to place our luggage and the staff/room service were always quick on their feet bringing any kind of amenities needed. Solid recommendation to choose that hotel!

The Management Under the guidance of a stellar management team, this hotel thrives. Nothing. All services were worth the money

The location was so close to masjid, the staffs were super friendly. We asked for two rooms closer to each other and the reception staffs made sure we got them. Abdul qader the person who was looking after cafe gave us welcome fruit bowls. There were regular staffs visiting the floors and checking if we needed anything. Water bottles were refilled a lot which was such a huge convenience. They had the best huge pillows too!! Alhamdulillah we enjoyed the stay a lot
