Location, Location, Location! This property is around the corner from Masjid Nabawi's southern entrance. Can't be more than 600 steps to the masjid! The hotel itself was new and OK too. It will probably be grimy in a couple of years. But right now, it seems to be only 2-5 years old. Facilities are still clean.

Cleaning staff didn't come frequently if at all. They emptied the garbage in the hallway but nothing else. If you know English or Arabic, you will be fine in this hotel. The staff, were nice too.

Everything was exceptional! I would recommend this at the first place! Good value for the money! The receptionist and the manager service were on top! VERY CLOSE TO THE MOSQUE NABAWI! Only a minute relax walking you can reach the mosque! The room that you received value as what you paid. Not that fancy, but comfortable enough :)

The location is just 3 minutes walk to Harm. Beds are comfortable and good to sleep on. The Acs are very good. Free hotel basement parking Clean bathrooms and spacious water supply.

Internet is too slow inside the rooms. The Saudi managers of the hotel never ask the residents if they need anything. Hotel Parking is so little that ur parking is on luck.

Literally a 2 min walk to Gate 309 of Haram Of Masjid Nabvi. Excellent location. Opposite Pizza Hut. Excellent access. Great staff. Comfortable rooms. 10 Lifts available for floors means never waiting around to get into rooms.

I had to ask for a kettle. No tea/milk was provided also but as we were fasting it didn't bother us too much.

I travelled for umrah! It was conveniently located, 3 minutes from masjid nabwi. The staff were very helpful, and friendly, both during the day and the night.

They should be a queue (line) system for the reception, so one queue (line) for men and one for women, and if. This would reduce pressure on the reception staff. The security can help with creating a queue (line) inchallah.

Good location, Clean Rooms, Nice Bathrooms

We were a group of 3 people.. I Asked The guy in the reception to make a new Door Card for me to open with without waiting for my guys .. he said " No !! " i was really surprised the way he told me that like i am asking him for money or something.. i hope you will find better people

Their service is good and also sales manager Mr Mohammad very co-operative. It's very close, Al Masjid Al Munawara. It's was take time only 2 minutes nearer from gate # 307.

The location is fantastic 2 minutes from Masjid An Nabavi And near everything Masjid Bilal is near and markets restaurants all are near Staff and cleanliness was very good Friendly people everyone was cooperative and have smile on face

The distance from Masjid Nabwi The receptionist staff AbdulMonem was very cooperative in assisting guests & visitors.

The 10th floor last room toilet was smelly. 1040 Should be able to provide single bed room also so as to be more spacious, instead of 4 beds in available rooms.

the staff was helpfull and when ever u ask for any thing they give fast... location is very near to almasjid alnabawai for males gates for women alittle walking almost 7 min walking clean rooms and comfortable beds... recommend
