Great welcoming, friendly and respected staff,travelled with my brother, for Umrah..location perfect, about five min, to the masjid e nabawi , Alhamdulillahi rabbil alamin, also small shops and the food court was very good which is outside the gate 310 , a bit of history there regarding our Prophet Muhammad SAW, OK, not to mention my brother misplaced his passport, The moment we reported it to the reception, the whole team, Abdul latif ,Abdul karim, Iyaad, Usam,Iiman and the other lad ,, also the hotel staff , were so amazingly helpful,, May Allah reward them all with all good for here and here after, ameen. As we had to change our travelling back home plans , we were given different room ,on the discounted price, , we extended our stay until we got the new emergency passport, Alhamdulillahi rabbil alamin, all Allah s plans, Everything went smoothly, I miss the chai ,, Not only the staff took good care of their guests, but their employees too, clean rooms with fridge and kettle, We are very glad to say that we are very satisfied with their service and the hotel is worth every penny. Nothing but best remarks for Emaar Taiba Hotel, In shaa Allah will see you again, soon ,

nothing it was 500 mt away from masjid gate only that was an advantage

After booking online prior when we reached the hotel they made us wait for 1 hour to get our rooms as those were occupied till next checkout, Beds are box spring mattresses not so comfortable, hairs all around bed only good thing was it was near gate 316 to walk to masjid - 500 mts away.

I don't know why this hotel has a poor rating but I really liked my stay here. Room was clean and location was 5 mins away from haram. You can also park for free in front of hotel (if available).

Location... good communication from staff... specially shout out to AMAL from helpdesk. She was really good and helpful.

Had to ask for towels 3 times to 3 different persons.

5 minutes walk to the mosque which was the best thing for me. The staffs were very nice as i had a problem with my booking reference due to he fault of the travel agent i used, but the staff were very understanding and sympathised with the situation. It had a fridge in the room which was even bigger than the one in the 5 star hotel i stayed in in Mecca. The only thing i can fault, is the rooms don't come with a stationed iron in them. you have to request for it. The manager did say it could take 50 minutes to get one but they actually got me one within 10 minutes which was great. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff were helpful during check-in time especially Sister Amal in reception was very helpful.

The staff here were excellent! They were accommodating and welcoming. From the bellman, to the room cleaners, to reception... it's close to the haram and reception is ready to assist with anything you need. The rooms are a fair size and their lifts work well. You don't have to wait

If you don't ask for your room to be cleaned, they don't clean it. When you do ask, they want you to be present while they clean...

The receptionist especially Abdulatif (hope I spell correctly) was very nice and helpful. He let us to check in earlier without charge. The hotel is near to Nabawi and value for money.

I actually booked a double room but got 3 beds instead. It was a bit small for 3 beds that I can barely lay a prayer mat. The housekeeping never cleaned our room and provided amenities especially water. Ther room is not soundproof. The drain in shower box didn’t work properly.

Night Shift Receptionist and Concierge person were great In service. They are friendly and cooperative. Whenever you ask for room service, person will come. At the time of check out, they showed flexibility and allowed us 1 more hour for packing and moving out. Free Parking is also available with 2 basements. Wifi is also available with good speed. 7 min walk to Masjid Nabawi.

Only thing is Parking entrance and exit is so congested. Very difficult to drive SUV while coming out. For Sedan, it's fine.

Location and accommodation was good. everything is good except dealing staff cooperation.

After my reservation confirmation, I was given several times ring via phone number given online reservation paper but no one received the ring/call. This is extremely bad evidence. So if any one like to change or alter the date reservation, how will be possible if no one receive the call/ring? Can I have answer this quires? Even on arrival staff was not cooperative. Everything is good except dealing staff cooperation.
