Everything was great in the hotel. Clean and comfy. I want to underline that even though it is a little bit further from Prophets mosque, they have a great shuttle for every prayer that takes you there. I want to emphasize that the shuttle is new because I saw from other hotels what kind of vehicles they drive and theirs is great. It is also nice to take a night walk from Mosque to the hotel if you are late to shuttle.

Honestly everything exceeded my expectations. I been extremely comfortable to the extent that I changed my airplane ticket twice and extended my stay for a total of one month. Room is spacious, super clean, all utilities available. Comfy bed, safe, table, chairs ...aside from haram view . Staff is wonderful, friendly, helpful, professional. Transportation via shuttle available with punctual schedule. Goes to haram area and getting back to hotel every prayer. Available for around 30 minutes before and after each prayer.driver is smart and got to know my preferred times of going and getting back from each prayer and notice where I stand even when area is crowded. Everything you will need is nearby and much cheaper than haram area (restaurants, grocery stores etc) I'll write another detailed review to help travelers. Overall as a world traveler/reviewer, I highly recommend staying in ewan dar el hejra. Price of stay is really cheap for the quality/services provided. Distance to haram area is around 1km and take 2-3 minutes with free shuttle service provided.

It was a great location and the view from the Hotel was also amazing. The staff was very friendly and had great customer services, especially Faisal. They also had a free-shuttle service to Masjid Al-Haram. Overall they were great.

There isn't any specific thing which I didn't like. However, more lighting in the room will add to the customer's experience.

The support and cooperation of the reception person ( Mr. Fahd), he was very helpfull and supportive, he tried his best to help me reserving the high speed new train from Madinah to my next station, although he had no benefit from that, unfortunately I didnt have the time to thank him while checking out.

The hotel was clean and good and around 2 km straight from Haram Gate # 334. Pick and drop shuttle service is provided by hotel for every salah. Initially, they were giving me room on the first floor without any outside view with such a high price, but when I said NO, i don't want to stay here, then they gave me haram side view on 6th floor.

With this price, breakfast should also be included. Washroom exhaust is very slow and compared to room washroom gives old feeling. AC blower was noisy, and 18 degrees means it will maintain 22 degrees only. Iron will be available on call demand.
