The location of property is very close to Haram. The room size was big. The staff was amazing. Overall, everything was top notch.

I’ve to say this is a reallllly good hotel for the price of it and the location! The staff is more then helpful and welcoming I asked for cups as there was none in the room the guy brought it with tea bags and sugar and the recipetion was really nice too the guy who works in housekeeping shamim was very very helpful and nice helping us. The rooms were clean and decent! Definitely coming back to this hotel also it’s not even a 6min walk from the masjid alnabawi which is handy plenty of corner shops close by and a little fast food place with gift shops abayas etc around

Honestly , I liked free parking which hotel offers . The staff is kind especially cleaning staff . Considering the present prices in Madina around haram this was cheapest available. .....After booking I saw lot of negative reviews and I was skeptical that I did a mistake . But once I checked in the hotel it was fine. It was clean.....The hotel is little old but clean. Washrooms are ok . I can say this value for money. It is near to haram with right price and right quality.

Washrooms can be little more bigger. Mattresses needs to be new .

Location is excellent , close to Masjid Gate 318. And Ladies Entrance Masjid Gate 13. Front desk and staff is very helpful. Baqalas and fast food is very close. Pakistani restaurant is across the main road.

Lifts at time of Namaz are too rushy but only for 20 to 30 minutes . May be because of Last days of Ramadan , and rush , the cleanliness was not good.

The rooms were a good size and clean and it was close to the haram. Staff were nice and the shop in the lobby does a nice cup of chai.

There are 3 lifts on each side of the hotel and often one of the lifts would be out of commission which meant the other two lifts were really busy especially after prayers.

The best thing is the location which is very near to Masjid Al Nabwi.

The room and toilet are very small.Toilet gets smelly sometimes. Small grocery store at reception is too expensive for those who know saudi arabian market prices. But these things are negligible when you consider its distance from Haram.

To be very honest, it's very close. Masjid al Nabvi has a 3 minutes walk to Gate no 316 . Best location in best price . And opposit of bridge you can find all pakistani restaurent and fresh fruits . Very close to Masjid Al Nabvi . Highly recommended 👌

Only 01 thing we don't like it when you use flush, it gives a weird type of noise rest all was very good.

The place was very clean and hygienic. it is not too far from Haram.

The staff took a lot of time in attending customers. The parking lot was very unorganized and dirty. they need to get it cleaned frequently.

Lifts get too congested during prayer times. People should br banned from using lifts for luggage half an hour before prayer times or one lift should be reserved for luggage movement.
