Excellent nice and elegant small hotel with a very personal atmosphere. Relaxed and yet very professionel - I loved the pool and spa very much - which I often had all by myself. I I loved the nice garden and food-area outside. One of my best hotel-experiences - and I have had really many in my job all over the world.

Outside of my room on 2nd floor there was a very noisy aircondition blowing. But I did not asked for another roorm - which I am sure, I would have had right away. So no big problem.

Great service, welcoming attitude from front-desk staff (especially Ms. Ruba and Ms. Reem), wonderful breakfast buffet and great service from restaurant staff, nice bellhops, and great spa and massage services!

Nothing really, except maybe the restaurant tables were not cleaned quickly when I asked. But that can be understandable given high volume of visitors.

Breakfast is excellent, even though a bit expensive. The sweets in the sitting room are plentiful, but also a bit on the expensive side. The in-room dining is excellent.

I asked for a quiet room and you gave me #205. It was very noisy throughout the day and night because some air vents are passing either next or above the room. The next day I requested a change. You gave me #211 which made the difference!!!

It keeps getting better on every visits. I have stayed for more than 5 times by now. Not only the obvious is well taken care of- the littlest of details linger in your head when you no longer in the hotel such as the water fountain, scrumptious breakfast- highly recommending the foul! The smell of roses at almost everywhere. Spa facilities is top notch and worth mentioning the excellent service offered by the Spa staff- all 3 of them are warm and making sure your trip to the spa worth it. There are welcoming drink even! You can opt for gahwah or lemonade, what a remarkable first impression! And notice the pillow menu offering 5 different types of pillows to accomodate your sleep. I cannot wait for my next trip to Riyadh so I have reason to indulge myself in this gem!

The hotel in general is comfortable and is located a short distance from the tourist places and shopping complexes, the breakfast is varied and the treatment of the receptionist and the restaurant staff is elegant.

nice view, very clean, neat and tidy rooms.

Receptionist staff who are not able to speak english well and she did not performed her job. I booked for 3D2N but able to stay only one night due to lacked of responsibility one of receptionist. Im arrived at 11am and supposed check in at 1500H, I did asked her regarding my reservation and she told me everything was ok and i able to check in anytime. I left my luggage there and went out but when i came back for check in, my name was not in hotel system! Such a terrible day ever for me cos this never happened to me since i used booking.com I hope, that staff need to be reflected or going back to learn how to deal with customer in proper way!

It's beautiful, I would love to visit again

This is our second time at the Al Mashreq hotel. The hotel is located very well in western Riyadh fairly close to Diriyah. We stayed for 3 nights and had 2 rooms to accommodate our family. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were the best - very helpful and welcoming. We appreciated the valet parking in the hotel's private section of the underground garage. The breakfast is outstanding with lots of variety.

The ppol and gym are only open to men; no women. This is surprising considering Vision 2030 goals; plenty of time as passed for the hotel to adjust these old patterns (for example, at least have alternating time slots). The entrance to the garage had been reconfigured since our last stay. Since we had been to the hotel before, we knew how to access it. If it is your first time, the entrance might be difficult to find. It is immediately after you turn off Prince Turki Road onto Al Urubah Road. Contrary to Google Maps, you cannpt access it by driving straight down Al Urubah Road. We understand that the hotel has been bought by Hilton Hotels - that is a shame. We love the uniqueness of these small boutique hotels.
