First of all, the reception I've got from the receptionist on duty the day my arrival was exceptional! I don't know his name (I checked in on Wednesday the 10th of July after 9 pm). He is a keeper! Second, the room was super clean and spacious. I have ordered from the hotel restaurant and I was amazed by the deliciousness of the dishes. The location was not very far from downtown. The parking was spacious.

My only problem is with the flow of water. It was very slow and borderline annoying when you are taking a shower. Plus, the breakfast was the same everyday, and there was no French pastry station.

We had a wonderful stay at Ross Hotel in Riyadh. The highlight of our experience was the exceptional service provided by the entire team, especially Sultan, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay exceeded expectations. He even arranged for our suite to be upgraded, offering us more comfort. The suite itself was spacious and very well-maintained. We highly recommend Ross Hotel for its prime location (very close to DQ and Laysen Valley) its outstanding staff, and comfortable rooms.

Whilst the hotel is not within walking distance to many shopping malls/tourist attractions, it was adequate to get Ubers within a short amount of time and get to some of our main target clients within a reasonable amount of time; 15 minutes to Riyadh Boulevard/Riyadh Tower; 20 minutes to Dirriyah. The hospitality and helpfulness of the staff was fantastic! The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very dark. Street noise was well insulated (I couldn't hear very much at all). I had some great sleeps here.

I had a suite; it didn't seemed finished off in the kitchen area. There was no equipment nor were there any facilities in the kitchen of any use - it was wasted space. The showers I assume are common in the Middle East, but were not relaxing to use as they had no screens. I felt like I had to stay in a fixed position to avoid splashing water all through the bathroom.

For what we required, a quick night stay over in Riyadh, this was a great and affordable option. We needed to reside close to our Embassy and the location was perfect.

There was no view from our room, but we did not really require one. When we checked in, we were assigned a room and when we got there, there was already someone checked into that room. The staff was helpful and quick to allocate us another room (the one without a view) and this time someone accompanied us to the room to check it was all acceptable. Thank you for the service.

Breakfast included. Large and relaxing lobby. Decent gym equipment - just not all machines i like but it was included. Cafe staff super nice and good selections of juice, coffee, etc.

Having to change rooms unexpectedly due to maintenance. Kids sometimes playing 'doorbell ditch' and running through halls but it wasn't too frequent. New room toilet clogging.

Great location if you need to be on the diplomatic quarter side of town, but don't want to blow the budget. Hotel is fairly new and so facilities are decent.

As is typical for a new hotel in this region, a few things didn't seem to be quite working yet - breakfast was particularly odd, being served in the ballroom. The workmanship in the bathroom was a bit odd, but it worked!

Breakfast was basic but ok. It wasn’t included in room rate but was reasonable price at SAR 50.

There were no windows in the room so no natural light. There is no shower curtain in the bathroom so water goes all over the floor when you shower. The bathroom has been poorly designed there is barely any space to sit on the toilet and not bang your head on the sink.

Will stay again sure. I wish they had an operating restuarant yet but I understand it’s a new hotel so things are coming up slowly. A restuarant for breakfast and meals throughout the day and cocktail area will be great!

I have visited this establishment on multiple occasions. What I appreciate about this location is that the rooms are sizable, well-appointed, and recently renovated. The staff is exceptionally amiable, particularly Sultan. They consistently strive to ensure that your stay is comfortable.

New hotel, clean, good location (you still need a taxi to move around but it will be short distance). Wifi was faster than other hotels i have been to. Staff was very respectful, responsive, and accommodating

There are not much facilities. Breakfast area cam be relocated to a more lively room. Price was expensive
