value Vs Money very acceptable, comfortable, WIFI working well during my stay, Room service whenever requested available. The most important for me reception staff helped me a lot to make our trip easy by providing the maximum guidance about the city.

i can't confirm there is something i don't like but subject of improvement, - appliances such as the T.V type and size, Satellite channels updates and mini Fridge to be change. all the above mentioned working no doubt but subject of improvement.

The location was perfect for us since we were driving. Easy to find, lots of parking space available. Quite area. Welcoming and polite hotel staff. The food from private dining was delicious, In fact it was the most memorable meal I had in KSA in my 10 week trip. The room is big and clean. The furniture is a bit old but it did not afect the level of comfort. The bed is very comfortable. We stayed only for one night, but I would defenetaly stay there again for a short stay in Riyadh.

After shower the bathroom floor covers in water. It needs upgrade.

We stayed at Al Mutlaq Hotel for two nights. Although it was fully booked our rooms were ready once we arrived. As a family with young children they gave us a connected room just like I asked. The rooms size were perfect, we had a good night sleep on the very comfortable beds. Our booking didn't come with breakfast so we ordered room service for both mornings. The breakfast was really good and we ordered dinner one night as well. The price was very reasonable compared to the amount of food, it also came with juice, coffee and tea. Atif Abbasi and Zaki Eslam at the reception both welcomed us with a smile and were very friendly and helpful. I guess that was a highlight to our stay. If they are reading this, I would like to Thank them very much for making our stay amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends and will certainly stay in it again in our coming visit to Riyadh.

The bathrooms are a bit old.

The hotel is in a good central location in Riyadh. The staff are exceptional in their customer service, no request is too big/small. All rooms are very comfortable.

The F&B could be improved upon. Other than that, all was good. The rooms were comfortable, but no ironing board.

I had a fantastic experience. The receptionist Mr Atif Abbasi, concierge, and housekeeping teams were all excellent, providing attentive and friendly service throughout my stay. The staff's professionalism and the overall ambiance made my visit truly enjoyable. I highly recommend Al Mutlaq Hotel for a pleasant stay.

Reasonably priced, good location, welcoming and helpful staff, reception went out of their way to refund a night’s stay, excellent home cooked fresh food

Lack of internet

Underground parking was a bit dark on the daylight outside.

Need to ask multiple time, then only the room service send me the shampoo (not provided/top up prior to our arrival)

value for money considering I literally booked few hours before check in. Pure no non sense Hotel for people looking to sleep for a night comfortably. Parking space was another plus for me as I drove my car to hotel.

Volatility of wifi network - was disruptive to business working - as I had to keep changing the wifi options. For me, a good wifi is the most important part of Business development in KSA

The location is about 5-10 mins away to the city center. The property was so clean and an everyday housekeeping is going to the room to clean and refill the supplies like coffee and water. Staff arr very accommodating. I requested for an early check in and late check and the grantbit without extra charge.
