The price was nice compared to the quality so good value for money.

The room is a little bit noisy but it was okay to me. Not that bad unless someone is moving in the hall way. Maybe if they change the doors it would become quieter. Plus I asked for my room to be cleaned and I have put food around and a cookie in the table next to me , when I came I found that they threw the food away and kept the biscuits 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I was mad but it was my fault 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 next time I will use the fridge 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 but to me this is something funny not something negative.

Overall good value for money I’ve booked a double room and I got upgraded to a suite, hotel staff were very welcoming and had high responsiveness and professionalism. Room size is good Location is somehow very convenient as close to Riyadh city center which makes travel distance almost similar to all places. I highly recommend this hotel.

I would prefer if the hotel was providing a wellness spa services, such as sauna, massages .. Also breakfast quality is good, but can be improved in terms of selection and freshness

Mr. Mazen at the reception desk was excellent and cooperative. His hospitality was thoroughly remarkable. Thanks Mr. Iqbal from Admin staff was great in dealing and awesome in behaviour.. simply the honest person. Thanks Mr. Mohammad from ground support staff was great. Breakfast was excellent, Good rooms, littles less spacious but clean. Staff is very cooperating starting from front desk till the housekeeping and all. Everyone in the hotel is welcoming and happy to serve. I am going there most of the time I go to Riyadh and will do so as long as they maintain their level and culture of helping the guests.

Their payment policy that if you did not reach hotel by 4pm you have to make the payment. If my flight is reaching 8pm how can I pay it 4pm, I think this need to be improved.

The service was exceptional! And the breakfast buffet was something else! I never thought it would be this good. I've stayed in many hotels, but this was comfy and home-like. I always have problems sleeping in beds as I like sleeping in my bed, but the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable! Mr. Mazen was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful.

From the check in process till the check out, Team at the reception where just great. They were friendly & also remembered each customer by name, which gives a very personal touch. Room was spacious & very comfortable. This was my 2nd time stay & didn't regret a single bit. Breakfast options could have been better, however not much to complain. Well Done Ramada Team.

Room: The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, featuring modern amenities like a flat-screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, and comfortable bedding. Each room is designed for relaxation, with tasteful decor and thoughtful touches.

Great helpful and attentive staff. Very large rooms. The bed was very large and comfortable with a variety of pillows. Plenty of good vegan options for breakfast including lots of hot food which was different every day. The room looked out over the courtyard and swimming pool.

Some things needed a little better maintenance and the building and furniture are a little old. For example, there was a large obvious stain on the couch and the shower head was immoveable and leaking. Both were minor issues, but made it feel older. It is not very close to public transport but this may improve as they're still adding new routes to the bus network.

A comfortable and clean hotel, next to the shops and restaurants. It has a good-sized room, friendly staff and a nice breakfast; the pool area is very nice, and on a few mornings after breakfast, I drank coffee there.

It is in a working-class area, and some of the local shops and restaurants only cater for the working community from South East Asia. I was very comfortable with this, but it may not suit everyone.

I liked that they upgraded us to Suite room. Thank you so much especially to Mr. Mohammed Al-Atas. He was very accommodating and really made sure that we're comfortable with our room. God bless your hotel and more guests to come.

The living room doesn't have good lighting and there's no blackout curtain in the bedroom. The sofa needs to be reupholstered also since there are some holes, maybe from cigarettes. The pool is just a small one.
