Their USP is definitely their staff. Super friendly and helpful. Shabab the concierge was very kind - so was the tall receptionist in traditional clothing and also the others we had contact with. The beds were fantastic and two pillows to choose from. Fantastic breakfast buffet with fresh juices. Supermarket Panda and two fast food restaurants just in front. So is one of the rare bus stations which actually operates. Nice lobby. Bathroom had brand new mountings and the best water pressure and toilet flush we have seen so far. Complimentary water every day - though it’s from Nestle.

- We were overcharged heavily on our first night (350€ / 1.400SAR for a standard king) Regular price is 125€ but that night the city was lacking vacant rooms. They said the price was made by booking. Booking said they had no influence. Not sure what was true ;-) Glad we got a complimentary breakfast for staying in a smoking room (which didn’t smell) instead of a non-smoking room. - The pool is more decoration and had seen better times. - Missed a roof top for the view.

rooms were very comfortable, wifi was excellent quality and available for free everywhere in the hotel. staff were very friendly and approachable. restaurant was limited if you want western food, but there was enough for everyone

the club lounge is not monitored very well and not really worth the extra money. There always seemed to be something missing (knives/forks/food etc). There was never any milk for Tea and NO soft drinks. if you like black Tea or various Coffee's you are in luck, but as for soft drinks like Pepsi, 7UP etc, there is absolutley nothing there. biggest complaint was that the club lounge is used by families that just take everything and leave nothing, but don't actually eat it. also the cold meats/cheese etc are left uncovered so they tend to turn up at the edges like an old sandwich.

The hotel staff are very nice and very helpful with everything. I had very nice room , Interier designed remind me of London. for this reason I really like it ,was very clean and the most important for me is the bed , pillows are soft and comfortable bed. Definitely when I’ll back I’ll stay again here.

This hotel is clean and comfortable and has an excellent restaurant. But what makes it stand out are the staff. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always there with a smile. Really made my stay.

location is close to the main attractions. room comfortable. breakfast was superb. it was recently renovated. updated appliances. excellent and timely room service. friendly reception. helpful staff.

The staff, the service, everyone right from suleiman at reception to chudamani everyone was way too cooprative...

Just two things 1. Broken internet 2. More options for food items. The room service menu in the app does not give much option to choose from..

Breakfast was very good. The staff were excellent, and responded promptly.

I was disappointed with the parking. There were few parkings available and that too were unshaded. They had a few shaded ones, but was a good walking distance. No valets available as well.

The hospitality received at the hotel was exceptional. We were given an unexpected room upgrade. Food was delicious and room was very spacious. Special thanks to the receptionist Mr. Khalid Alqmmash for all the support and considerations given to us and special thanks to bell boy Shoheb for all the support given during our stay.

Would be better if the pool and garden area are enhanced.

Overall stay and hospitality by the staff were very satisfactory. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location of hotel is very good with all the necessary amenities accessible nearby.

The rooms were a bit small in comparison to other hotels at the same price range. Apparently there is no difference between standard rooms and deluxe rooms. Pool timings were not mentioned clearly beforehand.

The Hotel is decent. The location is little out of the way. The Hotel could do with a bit of decor updating. All in all, a decent hotel.
