The hotel maintained an exceptional level of cleanliness. The staff exhibited an admirable attitude, consistently demonstrating friendliness and a willingness to help. The breakfast menu was diverse, offering a multitude of options, each of which being notably delicious.

The hotel did not present any significant shortcomings. The only minor inconvenience that could be noted is its location, which is somewhat distanced from the major tourist attractions. However, this minor drawback is effectively compensated by the hotel’s adherence to a high standard of service.

The staff were very friendly and supportive to all our needs. Bader (a reciptionist) is an amzing and friendly person, he was so polite, helpful, responsive and friendly. The suite was amazing. Very clean and tidy. The bed is soooo comfy and the beddings and pilows were amazing. The housekeeping staff are also so friendly. The Jordanian chef (Monther) in the main restaurant (Horizon) is very nice and friendly.

Parking is huge and only one enterance for the lifts, you have to walk for a long distance from the car to the lifts which is not convenient especially if you have to carry stuff from the car to the lifts. Also the toilet seats are so close to the wall and toilet paper you barely have space to reach out to the toilet paper! It is also a higene issue the hotel should consider to keep the toilet paper a bit far from the seat!

Its grandeur was matched by thoughtful touches like fresh, juicy fruits and the finest complimentary macaroons I've ever savored, adding a special flavor to the entire experience. The staff, from the vigilant security guard to the attentive front desk personnel, room service, and housekeeping teams, demonstrated a level of dedication and professionalism that was nothing short of amazing. Their efforts clearly reflected their commitment to excellence, deserving high praise and appreciation. Cleanliness, a paramount concern for me, was addressed with meticulous attention in this establishment. The spotlessness of the suite was remarkable; I found no trace of dust, the towels smelled freshly laundered, and the sheets felt as if they were brand new. This attention to detail in maintaining such high standards of cleanliness was truly impressive. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone I know and eagerly anticipate my next visit to Riyadh. Check-in was easy and they kindly allowed us to checkin early. Nice sized rooms, the the bathrooms are a bit narrow. The gym is spacious and well equipped and both genders can attend— it was my favourite feature in the hotel.

The concierge were slow and unhelpful. There is construction happening around the property and one of the lounges was closed for renovation during our visit. They were using very powerful and smelly cleaning products.

The room is very nice and the bed is extremely comfortable. Good amenities inside the hotel. The staff was just above excellent, very helpful and friendly. We also did a late check out without any problems. Breakfast with a lot of options and good food.

For lunch, there was no a la carte option inside the hotel. There is a Lebanese restaurant, but they open at 5 pm.

Everything was excellent and it's first time to stay in Voco hotel and it will not be the last. We really enjoyed the great hospitality especially during Eid they offer a very delicious cake in the room. The breakfast varieties are good and very delicious. Good breakfast option and food quality. Very nice lobby and common areas.

Rooms smellled cigarettes even if it was a no smoking room. Sound proofing so poor that I could clearly hear phone calls, audio from TV and all living sounds from the customer in beside room. Also the view (building construction side) was not really exciting.

The staff was friendly unbelievably kind. The room was spacous and clean, the breakfast buffet is one of the best I have seen in comparison to world reknowned hotels. Overall great experience and special thanks to Mr.Abdullah for ensuring our stay is a wonderful one. My only go to hotel in Riyadh.

Nothing at all.

Location is great. Staff are beyond friendly and welcoming especially the reception staff. Room is spacious and quite. Great for deep sleep. Bed is big & comfortable with great sheets and bathroom had great hot water and so soft towels. The coffee machine was new with lots of complimentary water and coffee and tea packs to use it. I was really impressed with whole stay and definitely coming back. The breakfast buffet had a variety of delicious food and I loved the Lebanese restaurant Naya also i like the spa and the gym facilities

To have a bathrobe in my room would make my stay superb
