The room was comfortable, the bathroom was generously-sized in particular. The view from our windows looking South towards the heart of Riyadh was also a nice bonus. The patio in the centre of the hotels was also a very nice area to relax for a while. We travelled as a family of four, with two sons - one 3 years old and one 3 months old. The room was large enough and interesting enough to accommodate them nicely for our four day trip. The sofa-bed was actually fairly comfortable - but you need to ask for linen, duvet and pillows. Parking was secure and plentiful, although the correct lifts were hard to find at first as there are two hotels ajoined and underground parking made it a little confusing to figure out where we were exactly. Finally, can I say a BIG thank you to the lovely staff for finding and returning my son's lost toy. We left his favourite toy in the room when we left to back to Eastern Province (he must have hid it somewhere out of plain sight as I normally do a quick visual check as we leave the room for the final time). We only realised after we got back home. Staff found the toy and made it easy to pick back up again. My son is very happy to have his toy returned to him. Thanks again.

The room was a little on the cold-side. Our thermostat must have been broken as it was stuck at 18C all day. I called maintenance, but they only managed to raise it 21C. I'd like it a little warmer during the night especially as we had our young sons with us. First arrival at the hotel can be a little confusing too as there are multiple entries to both adjoining hotels (Garden View and Financial District).

i did not like finding ladies out of their determined time on swimming pool and jaccuzi . during my stay i could not use jaccuzi at 5 PM evening cause onle lady was utilizing it for more than 1 hour and half . next day i wanted to swimm on 8 AM morning , again i found some ladies using swimming pool despite it is mentioned cleary that ladies time is between 9-11 AM daily . i really was not satisfied about this issue .

The hosts are warm and friendly people who answers all your questions. They are always ready to help. The location is good. Markets, banks, cafes, restaurants and even parks are very close. You have public transportation stops and can reach Marmaray Ferry Station and Kartal Metro stations in 8-10 minutes by car. We recommend this place especially to groups and families who wants to find a place for even they are 7-8 people

valet parking was 30 SAR while all other hotels for free

Our rooms were super clean and they kept them clean throughout our stay. What I liked the most was that they cleaned them, every time we were out. Even when the usual cleaning hours were done which is so considerate of them. The staff were super nice and friendly and always asking for our comfort. My kids didn't want to leave the hotel, how comfortable it was. The location also is a bonus.

Nothing worth mentioning but maybe adding a spa would be great.

Had a great stay. Loved the most how spacious the room was. The gym had all the equipment you need for a workout on your vacation. Location is great and easy to get anywhere from there, especially close to financial district. The view from the room was nice.

Reception is usually friendlier at 5* hotels.

Staff were great specially in the restaurants, Carl and Aaqib who always try their best to serve us in all our needs never forgot to smile. The chef was pleasant and accommodating. Facilities such as heated pool and jacuzzi was a treat for my daughters. Available socket for charging mobiles and nespresso was a bonus

the suit is spacious and clean the area is near malls and my training academy the staff were amazing friendly and very helpful specially the house keeping team

the facility is a bit old , switching lights mechanism is very outdated

Lovely hotel. Clean. Modern. Great comfy rooms. Nice pool. Food was delicious. Location was excellent in a new part of town

The only slight nuisance is that there is another Double Tree opposite - so taxi drivers get a bit confused.
