The kitchen had all the plates, cups and electrical tools we required to enable us to snack and eat in the room. There was more than adequate parking available below the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Didn't like is probably not the correct term but there were two sets of lifts from the basement parking to the three floors. The lift always worked but it was slow and seemed a little unsteady. If the hotel had ten or more floors I would have been a little wary of using it, although it did work safely every time I used it. I changed my plans at the last minute and wanted to extend for another week but due to its popularity, I could only extend for one night and had to move aparthotels and my new one is not as good as this one

The staff welcomed us very cheerfully and kept in touch with us. They informed about the checkin and checkout very politely and in prior. They gave us an early check in even if it was a busy day(Saudi Founding day, Feb 22nd). The price was low and our stay was worth the money.

Overall everything was good. But few minute things to mention for the improvement would be the below: Hair dryer was not working. Towels were not there, but was provided once we asked. If they provide few kitchenware and utensils, would have been helpful.

Had stayed here before without any problems. The hotel is clean, t5he staff helpful and with underground parking, which many similar type hotels/aparthotels do not have and you have to park in the street, which may be far from the hotel.

Nothing stands out. You get what you pay for.

The staff are all very helpful, except there was no breakfast at the hotel. We had an issue with the room about the internet however it was resolved. The Operations Manager Abdulrehman was helpful and assisted me with my booking.

Just the locations and far from everything

Clean and tidy appartement, well working facilities, site close to many important landmarks around the city and good parking site under the facility. Excellent working staff, from reception to kitchen services and facilities workers all were very helpful and accommodating.

The pillows weren't the best. The floor wasn't clean at all although I specifically asked for it to be clean.

We check out early around 9am I request at least 2 ps of coffee sachet because our travel 3hrs away from riyadh but they said they don't have😔 but overall our stay was good and i will be back inshallah.

Perfect location. Parking in the Basement is so helpful. Reception guys were fantastic.
