The hotel has a modern design for those who like art they will love it. The room has everything you would love to have if you are traveling in a family and wish to cook or prepare sth. Microwave, utensils, fridge, a very large TV which was amazing. The bathrobe, it was furnished with modern tools. In comparison with a 5 stars hotel I was just in this is far better. It deserves 5 stars.

The breakfast is so poor. I think the management shall either improve it or remove it or a la carte. The noise of the cars, it's quite disturbing and unfortunately can cause discomfort at night.

Good location for my intended stay, nice breakfast with a selection of cereals, fruit, bread, hot plates, cakes etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was upgraded to a larger room free of charge which had a kitchenette, microwave and sink. Room was clean and well equipped but with a faint smell of cigarette smoke. Good value for money.

Faint smell of smoke in the room. A little bit noisy being so close to the main road which is extremely busy.

Breakfast was below average. Few options. It also seemed like few staff were available. When we asked for extra water we were told they would give it the next day at room service. That was the most bizarre thing I have experienced. I need to make my baby’s milk urgently and this was the most disappointing part of the trip.

The location was good and breakfast was nice , however the rooms were little small and I requested for the separate bed which was not available at the time , overall it was nice experience.

bath shower was built on small area and the sliding door was not completely closed causing water to spill over the bathroom floor , however all facilities were good

no reliable reservation system. reservation on Booking doesn’t guarantee an actual reservation. Room card needs to be reactivated by a receptionist when you’re back to hotel after 8pm or 9pm. Although a reasonable variety, breakfast has leftover dry, cold items. Skip breakfast in dining & either order a room service or grab one from many restaurants nearby hotel

I did stay room 301, 302 and 312. Room 312 is excellent and 301 is not good. No chair to sit. There is no enough light in the room 302. One light is there which is faulty but they are fixing it. AC thermostat id not working in all three room. Room was cold even after turning off the AC by using thermostat(but it was not switiching off). I even set temperature to 27 degree but room was still cold AC thermostat(Temperature control) is not working at all in three rooms. Another issue is, there are not cleaning the room every day. They clean only if we request. So this need to be fixed. They have to clean the room every day like other hotels Mohammed Yoonus Mob: 00966- 505583595

It is good value for money hotel. Not so fancy but fulfills the requirements of good place. They have play area for kids on the ground floor.

Narrow elevators and only 2 of them. Building is small and old.

All staff members were very accomodative and cooperative. Front desk reception managers Mr. Mohammad and Ms. Atheer were always there to help and guide. Breakfast was also delicious and nutritious. Kitchen / dining staff members were very tidy and prompt.We enjoyed our 5 days stay here in EWAA.

Nothing significant Probably bathroom shower area needs to be better isolated to protect the water overspilling in the basin and commode areas.

The 3 star hotel was fine, rooms functional and cleaned when requested, and the staff were helpful, especially the Manager Hicham and the Receptionist, Abdulla.

Checkout delay, family was waiting for me in the car at parking,summer time and also better if breakfast improved
