Room is nice and clean. Breakfast is super and offers variety of healthy choices Staffs are very keen to help and friendly There is also a self laundry washing and dryer machine with free laundry detergents. Iron facilities are also available Great free afternoon tea and snacks in a very cosy rest areas with plenty of interesting books and sofa seats. The executive lounge is a huge place for friends gathering Also offer assistance to do online order and delivery via MeiTuan. There are number of good restaurants nearby like Jiang Nan Yi, Tian Lun Li, Taiwan Xiao chi and we are spoiled with so many varieties with 50 meters.

Unfortunately hotel wifi need to use Chinese domestic handphone number to receive OTP and is restricted to 2-3 devices. They offered us alternative log in to a separate wifi with password but the speed is very low as we were told the wifi station is only at the 1st floor. I hope they could offer better wifi access to foreigners who does not have Chinese mobile phone numbers

People there must love their job. You can see that in every details. Location is great for us too. It is not in the center but still has good connection. In fact it’s next to the mountain which is a big plus for us. It’s also next to Tian Mu Li where we found many good restaurants and cafe. I would choose this hotel again if I ever go back to Hangzhou

When the light in the toilet is on, it can be seen from outside…not an issue, but we had to be careful to give each other some privacy. And there can be more light in the bathroom as well. None of these affect our experience though.

Weekday front desk staff was super friendly and patient with our Chin-glish. The facilities were as pictured and described. It was close to Exit D of the station, right behind. There is a small FamilyMart , Luckin coffee, and the cutest/friendly Italian/French restaurant around the corner.

More personal since we had a lot of luggage but to get to the charming hotel there is a set of stairs to climb if you want to take the 5 min short cut from the station. The area is next to an abandoned looking outdoor mall/workspace which wasn't as appealing

Everything was exceptional! Both check in and check out were fast and smooth, the close proximity to the metro station was super convenient. We were amazed by the vast choices at the breakfast buffet and how wonderful the buffet looked, you can also order additional things such as freshly made eggs etc. The room was spacious and came with complimentary mini bar drinks and snacks which were refilled daily, as well as a tea set with two local types of tea and a Nespresso coffee machine. On top of that there was a coffee machine, an iced tea, and a pot of hot tea in the hotel lobby and every afternoon they would be accompanied by a variety of freshly made snacks and sweet treats such as sandwiches, french fries, onion rings and chicken nuggets, cream puffs, oatmeal with yoghurt and fresh fruit. The staff were very attentive and super friendly, some of them can speak english. We were absolutely stunned by everything this hotel offered, we‘ll be back for sure.

The hotel was really nice. Rooms were spacious and we had free use of the minibar which was nice. Location isn't the best as it's a bit far away from the sights and places you'd want to go but that also meant it was quiet.

The air conditioning was not cool enough for a traveller from Australia. I had to have my window open most of the time to try and get the room cool enough to sleep in.

Location not too far from the subway, room is spacious, bathroom is separated with the toilet, looks modern and clean. Staff is very helpful, especially Ivan who helped me to bring my luggage to the staircase to the subway station. They also have afternoon tea session with a various snack and good tea.

Nothing, this hotel fit my expectations perfectly. But there is still more room to improve by making a more visible sign for the hotel as it's only on the top of the building side and providing more information about public transportation and the tourist attraction.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious with lots of vegetarian options. Overall ambience is very nice. Free self service laundry. Free afternoon tea. Automated curtains. Nespresso machine in rooms.

Slightly further away from attractions. Need to take taxi everywhere. But not too far. Lighting in room is a bit too dim and cannot be adjusted. Unable to look for things or read well.

Not as central as a lot of other hotels, but it is totally worth it for the peace and quiet, the exceptional service from ALL the staff, the spacious and comfortable (and beautifully designed) rooms, and the price. I highly, highly recommend it. Tip: the nearest metro station is Gudang Xincun (Yellow Line 3) exit D which is really quite near (less than 5 minutes).

The staff are very helpful especially a lady with glasses and short hair, did not get her name, recommended places for us to visit and eat. The drivers there are very nice too, cannot remember their name I think one of them is Mr. Wang(hope I get it right).

Find that the shower area is too dark. Nice that they offer free afternoon tea but should have a microwave for heating up.

Very well located, quite close to Guandong Xincun metro stop (just follow the street straight to escalators and you are there to move around in a quite convenient way). The hotel is just amazing, very nice decorated and the attention could be better, Summer and her staff make everything at their hand to make you feel absolutely at home! special mention to breakfast and to playground, if you travel with kids you’ll love to have this area so that they can play while inside.
