Very easy check in and I received an immediate SMS to say the room was ready an hour early suiting me perfect. The room itself was very nice, with a mini kitchen, good bathroom, Smart TV, working wifi, work area for my laptop, balcony and biscuits for my cuppa. The location was quiet, parking very easy and such a short walk into town. Any time I pass through Parkes and need a place to stay it will be here. I will add photos and video to my Google review. Thanks for such a nice experience.

Basic, but extremely well appointed accomodation. Good A/C. Whilst the fixtures and fittings were a little dated, they all worked and it didn't detract from the experience in the room itself. Little Kitchenette meant you could cook your own meals as well. Ideal for a night or two in Parkes.

The appearance and the lack of a reception did initially seem to detract but there is always someone to speak to at the end of the phone if you need help.

This was one of the best hotel rooms I've stayed in in this price range; it was nice and spacious and had everything you could need in a room like this - including a nifty little kitchen sink in the corner. I especially liked the comfortable couch and the little dining table - it was quite a big room and I'd stay here again no issue. I was impressed with the big balcony as well!

I had a slight issue with the freezer in the fridge (the door didn't seem to close properly) but this was very minor and didn't detract from my stay or anything like that.

Very good location, short walk to shops and grocery store, not far to two lookouts, very quiet despite location, there was no reception due to recent incident but there was a mobile contact, plenty of room and balcony, Great central location to explore a number of central west places like The Dish, Peak Hill, Forbes,

Had a strange issue with shower hot water not running at all for a minute or so on two nights (not just cold, not at all), but eventually came on,

Very clean. Functional layout and fairly spacious. I appreciated that the view was a sunny patch of grass, not a concrete car park. The air con kept the room warm and comfortable during my winter stay. Bed was comfortable. Free wifi and Netflix. Good light for reading and sketching at night. Handy little microwave so I could make porridge for breakfast. Friendly service. Convenient location. Very pleased for this price!

Car park was sometimes full, but I found street parking nearby. Decor was clean, but a bit tired.

I always stay here as it is just around the corner from all the eateries in the main street of Parkes. A simple walk and you're there.

Someone always smokes downstairs and the smoke makes its way into your room if you leave the balcony door or main door open for ventilation. Not ideal, just something that has to be dealt with.

Quiet location and 1 block up from the main street for pubs and cafes, supermarket within walking distance. Large, clean and comfy rooms but beware the bed easily rolls when you go to sit on it. Great shower and plenty of towels. Air con worked well to heat the room as it was really cold the night I was there.

The frig in the kitchenette was TINY! I couldn't even fit my round milk bottle in the door and had to decide what food had priority in the frig. Take note that 9 out of the 14 units are upstairs so if you have mobility issues, like I do, this could be a problem. Glad I was only staying for 1 night because of this. The reception was unmanned and I eventually had to call to find out my room number. Don't get excited with undercover parking. There are only 4!

Spacious upstairs room in a quiet street close enough to walk to cafes, pubs and shops. Having a sink in the living area is a bonus for a motel room and a view from inside and on the balcony. No reception due to arson issue but clear text contact and follow-up re entry.

Lighting a little odd, very small fridge and restricted bed access on one side but a comfortable place to sleep.

The room was very cosy and warm on arrival which was lovely on a very cold winters day The bed was perfect and the room itself was what we were comfortable in and very clean It was close to the pub for dinner and a few drinks in town

Good location close to just about everything. Facilities were comfortable and the room service person was helpful and friendly. We have stayed there annually for a number of years now.

Parking spaces were at times hard to find. Reception was not attended on the two or three occasions I tried to access it, but was able to handle my needs by phone.
