I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Since my last visit, they've done significant renovations, and the owner seems committed to improving the property. The hotel is now in perfect condition after the updates. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to assist me during my stay. The best part is the complete transformation of the hotel’s interior, with new furniture and tasteful decor in the rooms. I highly recommend staying here—it's truly an overwhelming improvement!

Nothing ! Everything was great

Rooms were spacious loved that they had a small living room with extra tv,sink,good size fridge and a microwave I know the hotels a bit old but it's well kept and close to most restaurants( i-hop,chinese restaurant and favouritewas Mexican restaurantwith delicious fajitas,shrimp margarita..doesn't closeuntil 2am),other activities like ice-cream museum and downtown ride to lake and capitol.Also very secure place to park your car.And also loved the room had 2 queen beds always a plus for setting up clothes for next day..and other stuff.Highly recommend will surely come back next time am in Austin.

The staff was very friendly, breakfast had a good selection, the pool area was clean, and the room was what we needed for the 5 of us.

The bathroom needs to be updated, one of the beds had two protruding metal pieces sticking out from the bottom of the bed that we continued to hit our ankles on (even though we knew it was there, but of course forgot when we were walking around), the sheets had several stains and small little holes, the mattress in the pull out sofa was very dirty and didn't have any sheets, and the chair/pillows in the small living room had a few little stains as well.

Room size was great for my family. The staff at check in & out were friendly. I liked the kitchenette as we brought out own food/snacks. Pool nice for a hot day.

I did not like that I noticed a few items from previous occupants were left behind. This means the room was not properly cleaned. Under the TV stand cheese it’s were found. Under the pull out sofa hair accessories. Also no linens for the pull out bed provided & although we listed each family member staying 2 adults 3 children. Only two towels provided & 1 travel size body wash, shampoo & conditioner again for 5 people.

I had a queen suite for me and my family, 2 comfortable queen bed with good pillows. like the separate mini living room with an extra tv, sofa and bed. pretty decent breakfast, definitely the best for the room pricing among other hotels on the same range I've stayed before

Strong weed smell on the elevator. the pool was not in the best shape, loots of insect all around of it.

We enjoyed our stay here and will definitely stay here again. The hotel was very quiet and clean. The staff were all very nice. The rooms had a good clean smell to them. The breakfast was wonderful! I was impressed that they had such a variety and we all left full from it every morning of our stay. Great location near alot of great places. Parking lot felt safe and well lit.

It wasn't a huge big deal but it was odd. There was only one trash can in the entire room. We had to use it to hold the door open to the suite part because if you didn't the door would close everytime. Again, not a huge deal but we would have liked a trash can in the bathroom.

Very clean, fresh and new looking when you first walk in. Big breakfast area with orange infused water available all day/night. The pool area was not the greatest but the pool was nice sized and very clean. The room itself was clean and had nice furniture. When you first walk in you are in a separate room that looks like a living room with a kitchenette and a TV then you enter into the next area where you have your sink and the bathroom and then the bedroom area. The first room i walked into smelled very strong like mildew and immediately made my lungs hurt so I returned to the front desk. I was taken care off without having to explain much apologized to and given a new room. The gentleman even walked me up to the room to check it to ensure it was ok!

The toilet seat was yellow and definitely had seen better days, please replace! The mattresses were pretty worn and not super comfortable but we made it work for one night The bed only had 3 smaller pillows

The location was great.

They first bit me into a room that had no hot water, rhe manager knew about still insisted to put in room 317.i tried to shower no hot water,u ran the water for over 20 minutes still no hot water,I called the front desk they said someone will be up to assist me,30 minutes still no one .u called back the front desk a young lady said maintenance left for the night and decided to move me to another room which was better and I finally able to take my shower.

The room was spacious and comfortable, and very quiet so I slept well. Ample free parking and good internet.

The desk had a broken support leg, and the walls need repainting. There was a clump of hair behind a tissue box and a dirty washcloth on the shower rail. Though a sign told me they would clean my room every third day, that wasn't done and I had to ask at the desk to get clean towels.
