EVERYTHING FROM THE LOBBY ATTENDANT TO THE CLEANING CREW. THEY ACCOMMODATED TO OUR NEEDS EVEN BEING LAST MINUTE. WE ARRIVED SOONER THEN WE THOUGHT AND WE WERE WELCOMED TO OUR ROOM RIGHT AWAY AND EVEN GAVE US A LATE CHECK OUT WITHOUT AM EXPLANATION. THE CLEANING LADIES DID NOT BOTHER US THE FOLLOWING MORNING, THEY LET US SLEEP IN THE EXTRA FEW HOURS. THEY FINALLY KNOCKED 15 FROM OUR LATE CHECK OUT TIME AND EVEN THEN THEY WERE SO APOLOGETIC ABOUT BOTHERING US WHICH WE WERE NOT BOTHERED AT ALL. I WILL STAY HERE EVERY TIME WE ARE IN TOWN. THE CLEANLINESS TO THE GREAT BREAKFAST GETS 10'S 10'S 10'S ACROSS THE BOARD.

Everything was amazing. If I had to pick something would be, it could have more towels and robes would be great!

The front desk lady was very polite and gave us suggestions where eat when we asked her and she made sure are rooms were clean and ready a few minutes before check-in time. The rooms were pleasant since I had rented to rooms. The other couple was pleased too. The cleaning lady provided me with plastic bags of my guests was feeling nauseous and began to feel ill.

The ice machine was low on ice on my floor and my other guest finally found a machine with more ice on the last floor. We sat in the patio outside and it was pleasant until the mosquitoes arrived. The complimentary coffee in the hallway was not hot but lukewarm. There were only two complimentary mint tea bags too. So we used them and then there were none. There were a few orange spice tea bags. The water with the orange slices had to be refilled which done within the hour. Overall it was not bad and they may have been short of staff.

The staff was nice especially Neil!! He welcomed us as soon as we walk in the hotel and offered my kids popcorn which made them very happy! Every time we walked through the lobby and Neil was there he made nice conversation with me and my kids he really made our stay very pleasant

The only thing I didn’t like the property was that the rooms were hot but that’s understandable in this Texas heat

The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the rooms, hallways, and lobby were all clean. The hotel is located in a quiet community, and the room was very comfortable. The front desk staff, especially Fred, was extremely helpful, especially after a booking.com mishap. Will plan future endeavors at Fairfield

The hotel was clean and well taken care of. Enough space and my kids. Loved the indoor pool The manager deserves a raise. He sorted my issues out without wasting time. I would be returning.

We initially had a terrible experience with Bryan, a racist front desk person but thankfully the manager stepped in and made it all go away.

Room had plumbing issues and wasn’t taking care of until next morning after notifying the front desk 4 times. Woke up to having a flood in the bathroom because the toilet overflowed. The manager sent maintenance to the room while we ate breakfast, when we returned to the room we noticed they left the door open with our belongings inside. Purses, jewelry, and luggage. Very disappointed

it's great！Everything is good！We like it and will stay in the hotel again next time we travel! The lady who received us that day was very nice! She thoughtfully allowed our family to get into the room 20 minutes before the 3 pm check in time.

If the air conditioner noise was a little bit lower, that would be perfect.

Breakfast needs a few grab and go items before general breakfast service for early risers. When prepped and stacked night before, desk staff can put them out in minutes. Those items should be out first before cooked items.

Such friendly staff at reception. Breakfast was better than most of the equivalent hotels in the region with rather more choice - love those waffle makers! Room spacious and good air con (believe me, absolutely essential anywhere in Texas in summer!) Good value for money. You could pay a lot lot more in Austin - it's a thriving, expanding city and downtown hotels do not come cheap.

The location is a little way out from Downtown: 11 miles. Then saying this only took us 15 or so minutes to drive as straight down the interstate and you are there.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and the bed was comfy. There is lots of parking and it is well lit at night so it felt safe. The breakfast bar had many delicious options.

There is nothing that we didn't like. It is far from the city centre so it is a better option for people that are working nearby as opposed to tourists hoping to see the sights.
