The staff was really friendly and tried to accomodate every wish we had regarding room location. Breakfast at Tru Hotels is always nice.

As they were fitting out some rooms on the third floor, we were given a room on the second floor. Unfortunately, the person in the room above us started doing some kind of sports, you could hear their every step or jump or whatever that was as there is no carpet in the room (which we actually prefer!) and they were wearing shoes…!

Brook helped us check in since the regular receptionist was at a meeting. She was so organized, and fast. When I went back down to the desk, Roselyn had returned, and she was also very helpful. (Hope I did not mix up the names) This was the first time we stayed at a TRU by Hilton, and we really enjoyed the great lobby including the pool table. It was very spacious, and we loved the bright colors. We liked the bedroom and the fact that the TV was on the wall, and a thin counter running the length of the room, giving us more space in the room. We also liked the hooks on the wall to hang clothes. The bathroom was spacious. Also, they had a nice pool.

We understand that the TRU brand is supposed to be similar to European hotels, but we REALLY MISSED having a microwave in the room. Roselyn did offer to heat something in the kitchen if I needed it.

For our group. Nothing could have been better. This trip, we were just stopping for the night.we had a commitment in DeWitt on Thursday. And had to be in Oklahoma on Fri. So Tru was a no brained.

The location was great and the price was good. Love the amenities as this was my second time staying at this hotel. The staff was friendly and so many options for snacks and drinks. Having the pool table and the extra room is a plus!

One of the beds mattress cover had a stain and needed to be washed again or a new one put on. The parking spaces at the front by the door are limited and people would fly through the parking lot making it difficult to get out.

Reception area designed to promote guest interaction. Love the pool table and the ability to buy beer and wine. The hotel and our room is minimalist design, which is great makes the areas feel open and airy. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We didn’t use the wifi or tv, I can’t speak on that or the fitness room, it was busy, a good sign. The breakfast offerings were good, both hot and cold, fresh fruit, assorted cereals and pastries along with sausage, bacon, eggs and if you so desired frozen breakfast burritos and sandwiches that could be heated in the microwave. A nicely stocked coffee bar. Plenty of parking out front. The shower was hot, low pressure however, water conservation….. staff friendly and helpful.

Pretty new and clean. Easy parking and check in. OK complimentary breakfast. Probably the best in town.

Don't like the modern, cold styling, but that's just me. Staff was a bit rude.

The location was excellent. Many places to eat within 1 - 2 blocks, and a grocery store diagonally across the nearest intersection. The breakfast is simple, but if you want more, there is a McDonald's across the street, a coffee house next door, and only one block from a Shipleys Donut shop. I easily walked to all those at some point. There is lots of safe parking and an extra lot for trailers, boats, and campers. The rooms are very good for the price. The pictures on the website are accurate and the place is fairly new so it is in very good condition. I would rate as an 8 but it is a 10 compared to anything in that price range so settled for a 9. The rooms are simple but all you will need. The only thing they do not have is a coffee pot but there is all you can drink downstairs. The internet is slow throughout that area (not just the hotel) so if you have a Roku you can watch YouTube but cannot stream movies. That was not a problem for me as they have more cable channels than anyplace I have stayed for a while. Last but not least, from my initial phone call till my departure the staff was excellent. They were professional and polite and very accomadating. Most of my contact was with Denise - what a gem! So friendly and helpful. Willing to chat about the area and able to recommend places I might be interested in. Everything I asked about or asked for, she smiled and promptly took care of it.

I love the building. The colors. The breakfast. Sarah was very friendly and helpful. Best hotel in Stuttgart Arkansas. It was beautiful and so quiet and peaceful around the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Kinda a weird area, maybe even a little dumpy. Closed businesses and a shabby warehouse nearby. Then again, that seemed to be the case for all of Stuttgart that I saw.
