We especially liked the friendliness of the front desk and their helpfulness and knowledge of the area. It was a pleasure dealing with both ladies and Robin, especially, went out of her way to go above and beyond her duties. You don't see that much anymore!

Not enough parking in the back area of the motel.

Room was comfy and very clean. Bathroom had modern water saving fixtures. Breakfast was very tasty with variety of fruit, yogurts, cereal, eggs, waffles. Coffee was excellent.

There were gaps in the door that let in road noise and let out the ac. A little attention there and room would be perfect.

I loved that I was in and out for checkin. I had my Shepard and out room was on the back of the hotel away from everyone. Just the way I like it. It was up stairs but even that was ok. Close to resturants, Texas Roadhouse ,pizza places etc. Checkoyt was easy and the lady with long blonde hair was sweet. Thank you

I liked that they had a hot breakfast like waffles sausage,biscuits and gravy. There was also cinnamon rolls and toast ,cereal and yogurt.

Hotel was comfortable. Had to adjust curtain because of light coming in but otherwise good. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was pleasant . Hotel in nice, clean location. Easy to find. Restaurants close by.

Light coming in from outside light pole.. The stand for the iron fell apart.

Everything The stuff it was pretty nice, everything sooo clean I was traveling my car broke down and I left my kids and my mom there, it was already 11 I call to the office they left us stay 2 hours more till I get my car fixed and si kindly definitely I'll be back

The arrival was ok, the attendant at the desk appeared to be the only person on duty, and with 2 check ins waiting and a busy phone, was a little short. When asked about things to see and do in the Tupelo Area, had no information, except that there must be something going on in town that they not been notified about. I had requested a handicap accessible room. Had either of us been in a wheel chair, rather than bad joints, we would not have been able to get to the room we were assigned. We were expecting ground floor accommodations rather than a log stairway to reach the second floor. As for breakfast, Covid 19, Part D, made having a biscuit and coffee in the lobby, rather than in the breakfast room. Which was not your facilitiy's fault. The day before, at another hotel, we had a sack breakfast to take with us. So far, with at least three more over night stays in motels, the breakfast portion of motel stays have not been enjoyable. My overall evaluation is, that the mode of air conditioning was not the best, the room was comfortable but the bed was comfortable,

The breakfast was awesome. They had biscuits and gravy. Thats all it takes to make me happy. The staff was super friendly. The room was pretty average for the price. Don't expect anything super great but I felt safe.

It was cleaner than most cheap hotels but it wasn't the cleanest. The beds where uncomfortable but not unbearable.

Jessica was super friendly at check in. Location was convenient to restaurants and the room was clean.

Some of the lamp lights were out(the one you needed to turn on to see when you come in) and the smell in the room was stale.

Great location, clean, quiet, nice comfy room. Bathroom remolded!!! The room was next to car!

I wish parking lot went in a circle. I had to go around to get to my room. I wish you could request on the go breakfast was available for earlier risers.
